For those people who have too much to do….
…and still need to eat!
This is an inexpensive, quick recipe that can be used in a variety of
ways.
3 packages of Pre-Cooked Chicken
2 stalks of Celery
2 stems of Green Onion
2 cups Mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
Spices: Garlic Pepper Onion Powder Dill Salt
Large Mixing Bowl
Step 1: Dice Celery
Step 2: Dice Green Onion
Step 3: Add ingredients to mixing bowl
in the following order: Diced Celery Diced Green Onion 2 tbsp. Onion Powder 1 tbsp. Garlic Pepper 2 tbsp. Dill 2 tsp. Salt 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice 2 cups Mayonnaise
Step 4: Mix Ingredients well with large spoon
Step 5: Dice Chicken
Step 6: Add Diced Chicken to mixture and mix well
Chicken Salad is ready to enjoy!
Different ways to enjoy Chicken Salad:
On a bed of lettuce
On a cracker
In a sandwich
And of course, by itself!
