USING ROKPOOL

Our site will interlink our music archive, with a social network,

creating a unique opportunity that enhances the exploration and

sharing of the music experience.What could be more enticing than

a site where you can relive musical memories, find

information, track down a rare masterpiece, listen to an historic

concert or read the online magazine ?

CONTENTWe are sourcing unique items associated with rock,

pop, jazz, world and blues music from the past sixty years. We have our own archive but a significant amount is still retained by the owners who have

given us usage rights. Rokpool are working with record labels and individuals,

Trustees of archives, musicians and collectors to secure rare audio,video, photo and written content.

THE SEARCH

• Rokpool have scoured the Globe to uncover, hidden, forgotten and neglected musical gems, from the fifties to the present day, including unseen Dylan photos, rare Beatles tracks, unheard music, exclusive historic interviews, amazing forgotten videos and lost Master Tapes

• Literally thousands of items have been discovered which will be available on our website and we never stop searching, so new items are added daily

Some items are so rare that they will be available only for specific Media projects.

The vast majority of the content will be accessible to all members.

JOINT VENTURES

We have developed a way to help bands and artists, who may have been treated poorly in the past, obtain some financial recompense for their efforts and are working on a number of joint ventures at present. At Rokpool we are keen to expand this service.

PHOTOGRAPHSPhotographers are able to capitalise on their portfolios by uploading their Rock photos (for free) onto the site,

which can then be available for purchase.

MOVIES AND VIDEOS

Rokpool have been able to secure fantastic, high

quality movies and videos, providing a unique

opportunity for members to view rare concerts and footage from across the

decades.Specialist software should ensure that theft of product

is eliminated.

JOURNALISTS

Established Rock journalists have already contributed unique articles and rare photos .

We are always interested in hearing from anyone who would like to contribute.

Users of the site will sign up to either gold or platinum (Corporate) membership for a nominal annual

subscription equivalent to the price of a magazine.
