THE JOB CORRIDOR IS A ONE-STOP AREA FOR POSTING JOB OFFERS.
LOCATIONIn 2018, the full length of the corridor linking the A-Halls will be utilized,
20 meters dedicated to job postings.

2. “Premium” job wallA poster service is proposed to companies or universities willing to communicate more

CONCEPT Career Days is a unique opportunity to meet
as many valuable possible candidates in a speed dating format.
The Career Days program is open to national and international Sporting Goods companies
UP TO 2000 CANDIDATES will be joining the event: middle level, senior positions, students,
alumni, trainees, and sports business professionals
JOB OFFERS will concern the following departments: Marketing, Sales, Retail ,
Digital, Design, Legal, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Product Development
IN 2018, ADDITIONAL SERVICES, such as pre-booked interviews, pre-selection of resumes…etc
will be provided to help optimizing the recuitment process and expected outcome

SET UPThe Career Days Conference Room will be equipped with “recruiting” boxes
to guarantee privacy during the interviews.
Each box will receive an individual branding with a company’s logo and will be equipped with table and chairs.
A JOB WALL presenting all jobs that are published during the Career Days
will be set to further enhance visibility of all offers and trigger interest on site.
AN ADDITIONAL CV BOX will be placed to ensure no application can be missed.

9.00 am – 12.00 am: Pre-booked meetings with selected applicants
1.00pm – 5.00pm: Speed Dating
To ensure as many encounters possible, companies and applicants will go through a High-Speed recruiting format of 5-minute slots for each interview session.

• Pre-registration of the students and interested applicants via SportyJob online tool either through resume or LinkedIn profile.
• Each accepted applicant will receive an invitation to the Career Days (including free ISPO ticket if needed / not yet registered).
• Each denied applicant will get a friendly notice such as no space anymore or no “recruiter interested in their profile”.
