Welcome to the District Wide Staff Development for Special
Education teachers and staff. This morning you will attend break-
out sessions presented by your peers. These sessions are
grounded in the beliefs of Conroe ISD’s Instructional Model and
remind us that to serve our students, we are better as one. We
are better as we learn, teach, create and face challenges as one.
We are a team of dedicated educators striving to bring our
individual talents together as one group for the betterment of
our students. We may come from different backgrounds,
experiences and learning, but to provide the best for ALL of our
students, we come together… Better as 1.
