Condominium If the property is a condo, it must be VA approved. There are two places on the website to check the project. On the home screen under condo reports The project can also be checked during the appraisal order process
under: 3. Property Information
To look up a VA condo— if project is approved, enter the ID number on your appraisal request form.
Condominium Checking for condo/attached PUD approval
Print the condo approval and include in your loan submission
Check box if property is a condo
Enter condo project name, if applicable
Owner of record per prelim or sales contract
This section can be left blank
Check as appropriate, if proposed, complete next section

Step #6 Submitting Order
Step #7 Upload purchase contract into WebLGY, if transaction is a purchase.
This is MANDATORY or appraisal will not be completed
Step #8 Print the 26-1805 from WebLGY and include in your submission
package
Step #9 Include the VA Case Number on your Loan Submission Form
Step #10 NewLeaf will review appraisal and complete NOV (Notice of Value) on WebLGY
within 5 business days from appraisal receipt. NewLeaf will send copy of NOV with appraisal to borrower within 5 business days
of completion of NOV.
