Research method was descriptive and correlational. the statistical population for this study includes all the education employees in Istahan. Out of the statistical population, 120 employees were randomly selected as the statistical sample. Measurement tools in research include organization-based self-esteem (Pierce, at el, 1989) and the Employee Commitment Scale (Allen & Meyer, 1990) and job description index (Smith, 1974). The SPSS13 saftware was used to analyed the data. The results of analysis showed that there is a significant correlation between organization-based self-esteem and organizational commitment (P<0/05), organization-based sefg-esteem and job satisfaction(P<0/05), and organization-based self- esteem and organizational commitment between the two groups of male & female employess (P<0/01), There is also a significant correlation between organization-based self-esteem and job satisfaction among male & female employees (P<0/05).
