Ketereh• A small district , 20 minutes from Kota
Baharu,Kelantan.
• Area of 204.94 square kilometres.
• Ketereh = cashew fruits ,this place got it name because of many presence of cashew trees.
Population growth
• Majority of Malay community
• 80 % muslims
• Population growth increase steadily
thoroughout the year.
• In 2007, the community is made up of 145,022 people.
Air quality & Green Space
• Great air quality compare to Kota Baharu
• No source of heavy pollutions except for vehicles.
• Lots of green space contribute healthy air for the community
Biodiversity
• Lots of flora and fauna can be found here
• Fertile soil for agriculture activities.
• Paddy and rubber field
• Water source from the Kelantan river
Waste and recylcle
• Solid waste managed by the Majlis Perbandaran Ketereh (MPK)
• Recycle stations also located nearby this place.

- Private ( Klinik Azzam, Klinik Pergigian , Farmasi )

• Ketereh is an area known for its famous “Nasi Kerabu”.
• Multichoices of food with a very reasonable prices.
• A place to enjoy delicious food everyday.
Employment
• Mostly self-employed in the field of bussinessand agriculture.
• However, there are also other employment like teacher, doctor, contractor and others.
