The result is an exceptional single malt whisky with the traditional smooth, honeyed character of The Balvenie, married with notes of toee and a hind of fruit, with a warm, lingering nish.

The Balvenie Double Wood 12 YOThe Balvenie is dedicated to the ve rare crafts that are used to create The Balvenie’s distinctive taste. It is the only distillery that still grows its own barley, malts in its own traditional oor malting, employs a team of coopers to ten its casks, a coppersmith to maintain its stills in its service the most experienced Malt Master in Scotland. The Balvenie DoubleWood is a 12 year old single malt which gains its distinctive character from being matured in two wood types. Over the period of maturation, it is transferred from a traditional oak whisky cask to a rst sill European oak sherry cask. Each stage lends dierent qualities to the resulting single malt – the traditional casks soften and add character, whilst the sherry wood brings depth and fullnessof avour.

The Balvenie is a unique range of single malts created by David Stewart, The Balvenie Malt Master. The exceptional quality of The Balvenie is attributed to the unique

craftsmanship retained by The Balvenie Distillery. Nowhere else will you nd a distillery that still grows its own barley, malts in its own traditional oor maltings, employs a

team of coopers to tend its casks, has a coppersmith to maintain its stills and has in its service the most experienced Malt Master in Scotland.

The Balvenie Port Wood 21 YOTo create The Balvenie 21 Year Old Port Wood, a marriage of rare Balvenie is transferred to port casks or “pipes”, which have held ne port wines. A perfume of fruity and ripe raisin notes on the nose, backed by a nutty dryness. Rened with remarkable character, it is creamy and silky on the palate with fruit, honey and spice notes. The nish is long, gentle and nutty.

The Balvenie Peated Cask 17 YOTo craft Double Wood 17 Year Old Malt Master David Stewart, who celebrated his 50th year at The Balvenie in 2012, returned to one of his most celebrated achievements – consecutive maturation in two dierent types of cask, a process often referred to as ‘cask nishing’. This technique is at the heart of The Balvenie Double Wood – it sees the whisky matured rst in American oak barrels, which impart soft sweet vanilla notes, before being transferred to European oak sherry casks where the second cask ageing adds rich spicy avours and a depth and fullness of avor. The Double Wood 17 Year Old is an elder sibling to Double Wood 12 Year Old and shares its honeyed, spicy characteristics, but it is distinctly dierent, with deeper vanilla notes, hints of green apple, creamy toee and a striking richness and complexity.

Monkey Shoulder is determined to mix things up in a world where tradition reigns. Authentic to its core, Monkey Shoulder uses malt Scotch whisky from three of Speyside’s nest distilleries. Rooted in malt whisky lore, the name Monkey Shoulder referred to a temporary injury suered by the malt-men when turning the barley by hand. As working practices have since changed, the injury no longer exists and now, the name Monkey Shoulder lives on as an aectionate tribute to the malt-men of yore in recognition of the times they suered for their art. Aged in rst ll casks, Monkey Shoulder has distinct vanilla notes which makes it perfect for creating cocktails.

Glenddich 15 YOExemplifying the family’s tradition of innovation, the 15 Year Old expression is created using a technique pioneered by our Malt Master and its warm, spicy avours are transformed with the alchemy of the Solera Vat. Aged in three dierent types of casks: sherry, traditional bourbon and new oak, the whisky is mellowed in our unique Solera Vat, a large oak tun inspired by the sherry bodegas of Spain and Portugal. Never emptied, and kept half full of whiskies since 1998, Solera Vat is the culmination of curious minds and the pioneering spirit of the family. It’s also the secret behind this whisky becoming the rst 15 year old expression to enter the top ten best selling malts

Glenddich 12 YOProduced in the Valley of the Deer since 1887, the family’s signature expression is the world’s most awarded single malt Scotch whisky. With a unique freshness from the same Highland spring water we’ve used since 1887, its distinctive fruitiness comes from the high cut point William Grant always insisted upon. Carefully matured in the nest American oak and European oak sherry casks for at least 12 years, it is mellowed in oak marrying tuns to create its sweet and subtle oak avors. Creamy with a long, smooth and mellow nish, the 12 Year Old is the perfect example of Glenddich’s unique Speyside style and is widely proclaimed the best dram in the valley.

Since its foundation by William Grant in 1887 and through its launch as the rst international single malt brand in 1963, Glenddich has been the authentic pioneer in

the single malt category. Enjoyed in more than 180 countries around the world.

Glenddich 26 YOA rare and aged single malt Scotch whisky that has spend 26 long years carefully maturing in American Oak ex-bourbon cask. This expression was created to honour Glenddich’s line of continuous family ownership since William Grant founded the distillery in 1887. Doing things their own way means they can create a luxurious single malt that truly lives up to its name. They’ve created a vibrant yet soft and delicate expression, with a deep and complex balance of sweetness and dry oak tannin. Bound to excite the palate and awaken the nose.

Glenddich 18 YOFine Spanish Oloroso wood and American oak are used to mature this rich, intriguingly fruity and robust oak expression, but there are many more reasons why this expression is special. Every batch is individually numbered and carefully watched over. Each has extraordinary consistency and character from an intense marrying period, and a warming distinguished nish. A truly exceptional single malt, the result not just eighteen years of care and attention but of whisky-making craft and knowledge passed down through the generations.

Glenddich 21 YOPatiently matured for 21 years on-site at the distillery, it is an exquisite, traditional Speyside whisky, rich and ripe with our Glennddich signature notes. But rather than bottle it, as other distillers would, the Glennddich Malt Master, Brian Kinsman, hand picks selected barrels and adds a sublimenishing touch. By nishing our 21 Year Old in Caribbean rum casks it awakens the liquid, rousing it with extra exotic notes of ginger, g, lime and bananaand a vibrant spicy toee warmth, elevating it from something great to something extraordinary.
