Shuttle Busses will depart from the hotels and the SCC from 18:30 for the short ride to downtown Johannesburg. Return transport provided to hotels. Food and drinks supplied. Dress code: Smart casual or traditional.

Young Professionals’ Social Tuesday 17 May 20:00 to 23:00

Bill Gallagher Room, SCC The Young Professionals (<40 years) gather at the SCC for a social for a traditional South African “braai” (barbeque). Provision made for other dietary requirements. Casual.

Cultural Evening Wednesday 18 May 20:00 – 22:00

The Cultural Evening will be held at the Lesedi Cultural Village set amidst rocky hills and bushveld about an hour’s drive from Johannesburg. Shuttle Busses will depart from the hotels and the SCC from 18:30. Refer to Shuttle Service section. Food, drinks, dancing and a cultural experience. Dress code: Smart casual with comfortable walking shoes and a jacket for warmth at night.

SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE Shuttle bus transport will be provided in the morning and afternoon between the official hotels and the SCC and return.
