कौिल परीक्षा िुि रूप से ‘उत्तीणट/अनुत्तीणट’आिार पर होगी और कौिल परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंक चयन के गलए
गवचार नहीं ककए जाएंगे। अहटता के गलए कौिल परीक्षा का मू्याकंन न्यूनतम 60% अंकों के साथ 100-पॉइंर् स्केल पर ककया जाएगा। The skill test will be purely on ‘go-no-go’ basis and marks obtained in the skill test will not be considered for selection. The skill test will be evaluated on a 100-point scale with minimum 60% for qualification.

From amongst candidates who qualify in the skill test with minimum 60% marks, empanelment will be done in the order of marks obtained in the written test.

6. अभ्यर्थटयों को कौिल परीक्षा/वैयगिक साक्षात्कार के समय सत्यापन हतेु ऑनलाईन आवेदन में कदए गए गववरण के

No documents supporting to educational qualification, caste certificate, discharge certificate, PWBD certificate etc. to be sent to SAC after completion of submission of the online application but all the relevant documents to be produced as and when required/called for by SAC. However, those who are already employed under Central/State/PSU/Autonomous Bodies should produce “No Objection Certificate” from the employer concerned as mentioned in para 07 above.

Candidates possessing Degrees awarded by foreign universities should produce the equivalency certificate issued by Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi, at the time of Skill Test / Personal Interview, as the case may be.
10. यकद ऑनलाइन आवेदन में दी गई सूचना भती प्रकक्रया के ककसी स्तर पर असत्य पाई जाती ह ैतो अभ्यर्थटता रि कर दी
जाएगी। If any information furnished in the online application is found false at any stage of recruitment process, the candidature will be cancelled.
11. यकद कोई अभ्यथी गवज्ञापन में दी गई पािता ितों को पूरा नहीं करता ह ैतो जाँच के ककसी भी चरण में जब कभी भी

20. अ.गप.व के अभ्यर्थटयों के संबंि में, केवल उन्हीं अभ्यर्थटयों को आरक्षण प्राप्त होगा, जो नवोन्नत वगट में नहीं आत ेहैं। अ.गप.व. प्रमाणपि में गवगिष्ट रूप से नवोन्नत वगट से अपवजटन का उपवाक्ट्य िागमल होना चागहए तथा वह समय-समय पर अद्यगतत/वैि होना चागहए। In respect of OBC candidates, reservation will be available only to candidates, who do not fall in creamy layer. OBC certificates must specifically include the clause regarding exclusion from Creamy Layer and should be updated /valid at the relevant point of time.
21. पी ब््यू ी (गवकलांग व्गियों) अभ्यर्थटयों को कार्मटक, लोक गिकायत एव ंपेंिन मंिालय, कार्मटक एव ंप्रगिक्षण गवभाग, नई कद्ली के कद. 29/12/2005 के कायाटलय ज्ञापन सं.36035/3/2004-स्था.(आ.) के अनुसार गनिाटररत प्रारूप में गवकलांगता का मूल प्रमाणपि लाना होगा, गजस में गवकलांगता का प्रगतित स्पष्ट रूप से दिाटया गया हो, जो राज्य/केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा गवगिवत गरठत 3 सदस्यों वाले मेग कल बो ट, गजस में एक सदस्य गवकलांगता आकलन से संबंगित क्षेि का गविेषज्ञ हो, द्वारा जारी ककया गया हो। गवकलांग व्गियों (पी ब््यू ी) के गलए गवकलांगता की न्यूनतम ग ग्री 40% ह।ै
PWBD (Persons With Disabilities) candidates have to bring original certificate of disability in the prescribed format as per Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pension, Department of Personnel & Training, New Delhi vide Office Memorandum No. 36035/3/2004-Estt.(Res) dated 29/12/2005 clearly indicating the percentage of disability, issued by Medical Board consisting of at least 3 members out of which one shall be a specialist in the particular field for assessing the disability, duly constituted by Central or a State Government at the time of Skill Test/Personal Interview. Degree of disability should be minimum 40% for Persons with Disabilities (PWBD).
22. भूतपूवट सैगनकों को कौिल परीक्षा के समय भूतपूवट सैगनक गस्थगत को गवगिवत् इंगगत करते हुए सेवा-मुगि प्रमाण-पि की प्रगत प्रस्तुत करनी होगी। भूतपूवट सैगनकों द्वारा अर्जटत अहटता गवज्ञागपत पदों और उनके द्वारा आवेकदत पदों के गलए
गनिाटररत अगनवायट अहटता से गभन्न होने पर उन्हें सक्षम प्रागिकारी द्वारा जारी समतु्यता प्रमाण-पि प्रस्तुत करना होगा। Ex-servicemen have to submit a copy of the Discharge Certificate duly indicating the Ex-serviceman status at the time of Skill Test. Ex-Servicemen also have to submit necessary equivalency certificate issued by the Competent Authorities whenever the qualification acquired by them is different from the essential qualification prescribed for the posts advertised and applied for by them.

1. आवेदन भरते समय अनुदिेों का साविानी से पालन करें। Follow instructions carefully while filling applications.
2. संबंगित कॉलम में अपेगक्षत सही आंक े भरें। Enter correct data in the relevant columns as required.
3. आवेदन प्रपि चार भागों में गवभागजत ककया गया ह।ै The application form is divided in 4 parts:

c. अनुभव Experience d. अन्य जानकारी Other Information

7. कौिल परीक्षा /वैयगिक साक्षात्कार के गलए (जैसा भी मामला हो) िहर के बाहर से बुलाए गए अभ्यर्थटयों को यािा का साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत करने पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन में कदए गए पते से साक्षात्कार स्थल तक का आन-ेजाने का गद्वतीय श्रेणी ियन यान रेलव ेका लघुतम दरूी का ककराया, एसी रगहत बस का ककराया अथवा वास्तगवक ककराया, जो भी कम हो, प्रदान ककया जाएगा चाहें यािा रेल, बस, हवाई, इत्याकद ककसी भी माध्यम से की गई हो। गलगखत परीक्षा में भाग लेने हतेु कोई यािा भत्ता प्रदान नहीं ककया जाएगा। Outstation Candidates called for Skill Test/Personal Interview (as the case may be) will be paid to and fro Second Class sleeper Railway Fare by the shortest distance from the address given in online application to the place of skill-test/interview of non-A/C Bus fare or actual fare whichever is less on production of proof of journey, irrespective of the mode of journey viz., Rail, Bus, Air, etc. No TA will be paid for attending Written Test.
8. गनयुगि स्थल सैक/ ेकू, अहमदाबाद होगा, जैसा भी मामला हो, परंतु पदिारी को जब और जसैी आवश्यकता हो, भारत के ककसी भी स्थान में गस्थत इसरो या अंतररक्ष गवभाग के ककसी भी कें द्र/यूगनर् में तैनात ककया जा सकता ह।ै Initially the place of posting will be in SAC/DECU, Ahmedabad as the case may be; but the incumbents are liable to be posted in any of the Centres/Units of ISRO or Department of Space situated anywhere in India as and when required.
9. चयगनत अभ्यर्थटयों को गचककत्सा प्रागिकारी द्वारा योग्य घोगषत ककए जाने पर तुरंत पद पर कायटग्रहण करना होगा। Selected candidates may have to join the post immediately on being found fit by a Medical Authority.
10. गलगखत परीक्षा या वैयगिक साक्षात्कार के गलए स्क्रीन-इन नहीं ककए गए/ कौिल परीक्षा के गलए लघुसूगचत नहीं ककए गए/ गनयुगि के गलए नहीं चयगनत होने वाले अभ्यर्थटयों के साथ ककसी भी तरह के पिाचार पर गवचार नहीं ककया जाएगा। No correspondence will be entertained with the candidates who are not screened in for written test or personal interview/ shortlisted for skill test /not selected for Appointment.
