Balcony: Exterior grade tiles.
Structure: Seismic zone II compliant RCC framed structure.
All walls will be of solid concrete blocks.
All walls will be smooth plastered followed by lime – render.
Tile Finishes: Toilets will have anti-skid ceramic flooring.
Toilets will have first quality wall tiles up to the height of 7 feet.
Sits outs, common area and balconies will have ceramic tile flooring. Size of the tiles may vary as per the plan.

Bed room door shutters shall be skin door flush shutters, enamel painted.
Toilet door shutters will be of flush shutters with water resistance coating on one side.
Window shutters: Good quality aluminium sliding doors and windows are installed along with the provision for Mosquito Mesh.
Balcony doors will be of aluminium frame with glass and bottom having opaque panel.
PAINT AND POLISH
Internal Paint: Water resistant paints will be painted on all external walls.
Oil bound distemper paint will be painted on all internal walls and the ceiling.
Steel Grills and Railings: Steel grills and railings shall be provided with zinc chromate timer and synthetic enamel paint.
Doors: All doors shall be provided with melamine polish orpainted as applicable.
External Paint: Asian paint Apex for exterior or equivalent.
Internal walls: Smooth finish, coated with oil bound distemper. All internal doors are provided with enamel paint finish.
Main doors: Melamine Polish.
ELECTRICAL AND COMMUNICATION
Wire: PVC insulated fire retarded wire of Anchor/Hovels/Finolex or equivalent make
Switches: Premium electrical switches of Anchor Roma or equivalent with reputed make distribution board
Connected Power: 33KVA for 2BHK & 5KVA for 3BHK.
MCB of reputed brand will be provided for each circuitat the main D.B.
TV & Telephone point in living and master bedroom.
