Aarneel Technocrafts Pvt Ltd. was established in Dec 2012. With the objective to cater the fast growing highway industry with wide range of road safety products and giving an organised mode along with quality and delivery committed operations. The company specializes in highway furniture manufacturing works especially Octagonal street Light Poles, Metal beam crash barrier, Retro reflective signage etc. The all in-house facilities and self-operative project team helps in our self-evaluating approach and invaluable experience gained through successful ventures over the years has given the company the confidence to take up large projects and deliver cost effective products in committed timelines with effective project management. All products are being manufactured by acquiring quality raw material and employing the latest advanced technology. Above all, we offer customized solutions with best in industry prices. Incepted with an objective to excel in our domain, we are heading to greater heights progressively. About Us Aarneel Technocrafts Private Limited is evolved as the single window manufacturing company for Roads and highway furniture items with large capacity in Central India

We are manufacturing and supplying all Road safety products- Octagonal Poles, Metal beam Crash Barrier and Retro reflective Signage, Scaffoldings from our 21000 sqmtr plant in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh since the last 07 years, Aarneel Technocrafts Private Limited has stood as the “Preferred Partner in roads development” for large EPC contractors and Govt. consultants.

Roll forming machine can be set up with multiple configurations to punch and cut off parts in a continuous operation. For cutting a part to length, the lines can be set up to use a pre-cut die where a single blank runs through the roll mill, or a post-cut die where the profile is cutoff after the roll forming process. Features may be added in a hole, notch, embossment, or shear form by punching in a roll forming line. Scaffolding: Scaffolding, also called scaffold or staging, is a temporary structure used to support a work crew and materials to aid in the construction, maintenance and repair of buildings, bridges and all other man-made structures. Scaffolds are widely used on site to get access to heights and areas that would be otherwise hard to get to. Unsafe scaffolding has the potential to result in death or serious injury. Scaffolding is also used in adapted forms for formwork and shoring, grandstand seating, concert stages, access/viewing towers, exhibition stands, ski ramps, half pipes and art projects.

Tubular Guardrails: They are a boundary feature and may be a means to prevent or deter access to dangerous or off-limits areas while allowing light and visibility in a greater way than a fence. Common shapes are flat, rounded edge, and tubular in horizontal railings.

In traffic engineering, highway guardrail may prevent an errant vehicle from hitting roadside obstacles, running off the road and going down a steep embankment, or veering off the roadway into oncoming traffic (commonly referred to as a median barrier). Roadside obstacles are typically referred to as fixed objects. A secondary objective is keeping the vehicle upright while deflected along the guardrail.

Road Traffic & Safety Signage:

Road signs which have the backing of law in India are incorporated in the Motor Vehicles Act. 1988.

The motor vehicle act 1988 has covered all the sign warranty by different .traffic situations. The designs of signs are fully dimensioned further, the signs have uniformity, and mostly symbols are used to convey the message especially in the case of regulatory signs.

Purpose of Road Signs

The purpose of road signs is to promote road safety and efficiency by providing for the orderly movement of all road users on all roads in both urban and non-urban areas.

Principle of Road Signs

This Code contain the basic principle that govern design and use of road sign for all categories of road including expressways open to public travel irrespective of road agency having jurisdiction.

A road sign should meet the following basic requirements:

Fulfill a need. Command attention. Convey a clear and simple meaning. Command respected from road user. Give adequate time for response. Maintenance of road sign. Placement and operation of road signs. Uniformity of road signs. Traffic engineering study.

The decision to use a particular sign at a particular location should be made on the basis of traffic engineering study and after a very careful planning so that correct and uniform signs are placed at required locations.

Cleaning & Pasting of Retro reflective Sheeting’s:

Surface to be reflectorized shall be effectively prepared to receive the retro-reflective sheeting. The aluminum sheeting shall be de-greased either by acid or hot alkaline etching and all scale/dust removed to obtain a smooth plain surface before the application of retro-reflective sheeting. If the surface is rough, approved surface primer may be used. After cleaning, metal shall not be handled, except by suitable device or clean canvas gloves, between all cleaning and preparation operation and application of reflective sheeting/primer. There shall be no opportunity for metal to come in contact with grease, oil or other contaminants prior to the application of retro-reflective sheeting. Complete sheets of the material shall be used on the signs except where it is unavoidable. At splices, heating with pressure-sensitive adhesives shall be overlapped not less than 5 mm. Where screen printing with transparent colors is proposed, only butt joint shall be used. The material shall cover the sign surface evenly and shall be free from twists, Cracks and folds. Cut-outs to produce legends and borders shall be bonded with the sheeting in the manner specified by the manufacturer.

Post and Mountings for Signs

1. The traffic signs shall be mounted on support posts, which may be of GI pipes conforming to IS: 1239, IS: 1161 & IS: 3601and Rectangular Hollow Section conforming to IS: 4923 or square hollow Section conforming to IS: 3589. In case of signs supported on two or more posts, if necessary, Bracing may also be provided. Sign posts, their foundations and sign mountings shall be so constructed as to hold these in a proper and permanent position against the normal storm wind loads or displacement by vandalism. Normally, signs with an area up to 0.9 Square meter shall be mounted on a single post, and for greater area, two or more supports shall be provided. Sign supports may be of mild steel, reinforced concrete (M25) or galvanized iron (GI Post) sections. End(s) shall be firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation. The work of foundation shall conform to relevant Specifications as specified. 2. All components of signs and supports, other than the reflective portion of GI posts shall be thoroughly descaled, cleaned, primed and painted with two coats of epoxy paint. Any part of mild steel (MS) post below ground shall be painted with three coats of red lead paint

3. The signs shall be fixed to the posts by welding in the case of steel posts and by bolts and washers of suitable size in the case of reinforced concrete or GI posts. After the nuts have been tightened, the tails of the bolts shall be furred over with a hammer to prevent removal.

4. For overhead signs, the support system should be properly designed based on sound engineering principles, to safely sustain the dead load, live load and wind load on the completed sign system. For this purpose, the overhead signs shall be designed to withstand a wind loading of 150 kg/m² normal to the face of the sign and 30 kg/ m² transverse to the face of the sign. In addition to the dead load of the structure, walkway loading of 250 kg concentrated live load shall also be considered for the design of the overhead sign structure.

Maintenance of Signs

Prior to installing any road sign, the responsibility for the maintenance of the sign and the post required, and the timing plan(s) should be clearly established. Over time, signs become faded and their retro reflective properties diminish. This reduces both conspicuity and legibility, by day and by night. Excessively discolored or faded signs (e.g. white Backgrounds which have become grey or brown, or red borders faded to pink) and signs, where the legend or graphic is peeling cannot be fully effective, need to be replaced. The signs along with the posts shall be maintained in proper position, and kept clean and legible at all times. Signs should be cleaned at intervals appropriate to the site conditions. Signs at locations where they are subject to heavy soiling from passing traffic, or algae growth (a common problem with signs beneath tree canopies) will need more frequent cleaning. A reference number along with the month and year of installation should be placed on the back of a sign in a contrasting color or by stamping in characters not exceeding 50 mm in height. It is distracting and unsightly to place reference numbers on the sign face or on the front of a backing board.

Hot Dip Galvanizing Plant

Hot Dip Galvanizing is a corrosion protection process and has been successfully applied for more than 150 years. The research and Practical experience have established that the corrosion resistance of galvanized steel reinforcement is superior to uncoated steel and any other type of protective measures. The corrosion protection by the galvanized coating ensures that the design strength of concrete is maintained and the possibility of surface rust staining and eventual corrosion of reinforcement of concrete are removed. Galvanizing provides a tough, metallurgical bonded zinc coating that entirely encloses the steel and preserve it from the corrosive action of the atmosphere and providing protection that does not affect the properties of steel and the strength of the reinforcement bar remains same. Hence, this process or method is secured and reliable. The process of Hot Dip Galvanizing is taken place in the fully automated temperature controlled

Safety

Safety department is not giving any revenue to company. There is no role in production or in sale. But there is department for safety in every factory. Their role is to protect human & property. In small accident if one employee got injured it will direct effect loss to production. Also if some amputation happens then we can’t fulfill lose by any thing Accident cause to: 1) Man 2) Machine 3) Material New Firefighting Equipment Installed In Factory.
