Cloud: Hello, this is Cloud Christopher. Welcome to the Vital Way. In this episode, I will be interviewing

one of our sponsored athletes, Aaron Tex Johnson. One of the main goals when we started this company

was to help others increase their athletic performance as we had experienced ourselves by taking these

herbs. That has slowly ventured to other areas but that is still one of our main objectives. It’s to help

everyone reach their full potential that they can. So Tex was actually our first athlete that we ever

sponsored. Welcome to the show. How are you?

Tex: Hello.

Cloud: Let’s just get into it right away. Why don’t you start by telling us a little bit about yourself, where

you come from, maybe the sports you play and how you got into what you do now?

Tex: So I’ve always been into martial arts my whole life. I started off with doing taekwondo and

training with my father and giving my black belt in that. Then skipping forward to high school, I played

sports. I played football for four years and then moved on to wrestling in my senior year just to test it

out. I went to the state qualifiers and then I also had qualified for state the first year ever wrestling.

After high school, I stayed with powerlifting and bodybuilding, trying to stay big. I thought the cool thing

to be was the big guy. I was around 265 pounds and I can bench press over 425. It was great. It was fun.

Then I skipped onto this stuff called Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai. I started fighting Muay Thai about

six years ago and then turned into a professional athlete about three years ago. I started to fight MMA

and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. I’ve had some fights for the largest promotions in MMA for all its worth and I also

do some of the most prestigious competition in the world for jiu-jitsu which is IBJJS and also ADCC and

other tournaments.

Cloud: So you’re now you’re a professional MMA and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu athlete, right?

Tex: Yeah. I’ve taken my career to a point where I’m training with world champions and getting

better and better and using the herbs to help my training and deal with the rigorous training.

Cloud: So how did you find out about us?

Tex: Of course, I’m a supplement junkie. I love to take all the supplements in the world. I didn’t really

find herbs appealing to me until I met my wife. I was making fun of her for taking these black ants and

these things because I didn’t understand those so of course I mocked them at first. So she goes, “Well,

how about you get off all your crap that you’re taking that you think works and you start taking this?” I

got off everything, made it a last pretty much and started taking Superman Herbs and I was sold. I was

getting stronger. I was recovering faster. I was happier. I was less stressed. I started taking Superman

Herbs then and then I contacted Cloud and asked them if they wanted to sponsor athletes. He said he

wanted to help athletes be the best they wanted to be and we kind of formed a relationship from there.

Cloud: Sweet. So like you’re saying, what was that first product you had? Herb?

Tex: The once that you sent me?

Cloud: Well, I know you bought some stuff before we ever talked. You tried it out and saw you know it

didn’t help you.

Tex: At that point, she was giving me the nova black ant, chaga, reishi and cordyceps at that point. I

hadn’t found the formulas yet. I think we were taking some Phoenix also, the Phoenix blend with the

pine pollen, which really helped.

Cloud: Okay. And do you still like Phoenix?

Tex: Yeah, I’ve kind of moved on to other things. I’m not saying that Phoenix is not worth it but I kind

of like more of the performance enhancing supplements herbs that you sell. I think Phoenix is a really

great beginner blend for somebody to test how they like herbs.

Cloud: Yeah, I think Phoenix is really versatile. You can take it pre-workout, post-workout to help you

recover. It’s a really good general formula, like you’re saying, for people to start out with and see how it

goes. They don’t have to combine or only have a single herb. They can start with that formula and really

get a taste of what herbs can do. Any the formulas, sometimes the effects of a formula is greater than

the single herbs all by themselves.

Copyright © 2015 SupermanHerbs.com All Rights Reserved

Tex: Totally. I like the blends in the formulas for sure but I also always add extra certain things that I

do like. If I know there’s an herb that’s singly amazing that I really do like, I like to add a little extra to

certain things. But yeah, I think the blends are the best.

Cloud: Yeah, definitely and I think that’s one of the major differences we have with other companies

because a lot of people do to sell herbs all by themselves but they don’t tend to mix them together

specifically for better athletic performance.

Tex: Yeah. Before we found you, she was buying herbs from another company. Then she was like,

“There’s the Superman Herbs and they have blends.” I was like I think blends are better than just buying

the single herbs and then trying to mix them yourself. You guys really came out with really good

products mixed and pre-mixed. So it kind of takes off that wonder of what you really need to be taking.

Cloud: Yeah and I found a lot people kind of want to be told what to do and a blend of formulas is kind

of an easy way. Oh, they already mixed this in the right proportions and let’s see what it can do type of

stuff. How would you say with MMA and BJJ, going through a little more detail about how the herbs that

you take helped you with your training and/or your fights or tournaments for BJJ specifically?

Tex: Well with the performance, everything for me is performance-enhancing that matters because

in the sports, if it’s not helping your performance then it’s not good for you. The herbs have helped by

helping my endurance, helping me recover and helping my body deal with the stresses of training two to

three times a day.

Talking about one of the blends, Hercules and then the Spartan blend, when I first started taking those

two together before and after training, my cardio and endurance went through the roof. I could train

forever. There was nothing that could stop me from training. I never got tired. That’s part of hard work

but it just helped. You didn’t fatigued after doing it and then you go back to the third training session of

the day and you felt fresh again.

Then also the pine pollen, I really think it helps your testosterone levels, like boosts them and helps you

to deal with over training and lowering your testosterone levels and then getting the bad estrogen out

of your body to help you train even harder again and make you stronger. So I’ve had nothing but good

experiences with herbs.

Cloud: And speaking of pine pollen, do you prefer it one way or the other, the powder or the tincture,

and how much?

Tex: I do both. I do prefer the powder over the tincture but the one thing that I noticed with the

tincture is it’s faster-acting where the powder kind of lingers a little bit. When I tell people how to take

the pine pollen when I start them off on it, I always tell them that they should take three tablespoons of

pine pollen and then take two splashes of the tincture twice a day, once in the morning and once at

night. I like to mix it in the morning with all my anabolics or all my tongkat, my other testosterone-

enhancing formulas. Then at night, I just take it by itself or with the Titan blend.

Copyright © 2015 SupermanHerbs.com All Rights Reserved

Cloud: Like before bed and before you go to sleep?

Tex: Right before bed. Because the Titan also helps with HGH production, I like to take it right before

bed to help my HGH production and usually sometimes right in the morning when my HGH is the highest

so it also peaks a little bit higher.

Cloud: And the Titan formula he’s speaking of is something we’re working on and Tex has been testing

it for us for about probably six months now or maybe a little longer. We’re definitely excited to get that

out as soon as we can. We kind of couldn’t really figure out what it actually does but we do know from

Tex that it works. It does help your training, your athletic performance immensely regardless of there

not being any studies on let’s say the formula that we can find. Currently, we’re working on making that

formula even better with some new herbs we’ve found. Getting back to the pine pollen though, how

much let’s say pine pollen powder do you take a day?

Tex: Three scoops in the morning and three scoops at night so six teaspoons a day.

Cloud: Six teaspoons a day and just let you know, Tex is a big guy. He fights in the super heavyweight?

Tex: Well, Ultra Heavyweight in BJJ, which is anything over 222 and then in MMA I cut down to 205.

Cloud: Tex is a pretty big guy. What I love about pine pollen powder is the more you take, the better

the results seem to be for everybody. I personally believe it’s mostly about nutrition. Obviously, it does

do hormonal stuff as evidenced by females taking it and them having great benefits from it. So six

teaspoons a day, I’ll have to up my dose and catch up to you and see how that goes for me.

Tex: I thought it was guaranteed after three scoops to give you a morning wood.

Cloud: Yes, that is our morning wood test. You take three tablespoons at night before you go to bed

and see what happens in the morning. Now it doesn’t fix everyone’s problem. Since offering that, we’ve

learned of the other factors that can come into play that don’t allow it to actually work and we are

currently working on those other factors with the new herbs to try and make it so every time it does

work. That would be the best to do.

You said you were a supplement junkie. I was, too. I loved taking stuff back in the day. I took tons of

bodybuilding supplements, tried new stuff all the time. To me, it always seemed like the first bottle of

something I took worked great and by the time I get to the second bottle, the product just didn’t work

for me anymore. Did you ever notice anything like that?

Tex: Well yeah, of course. I mean our bodies adapt so quickly to products. I’d buy 3x3 workouts a

month and switch between all three into one month. That’s like a hundred bucks and it just didn’t seem

to work great. It would work some of the time. Then it would just stop working for me so I’d have to

change formulas. I felt like I was pissing everything I bought really down the urinal more than anything.

That’s the great thing about Superman Herbs – you can’t overdose on them. You can’t take too much

Copyright © 2015 SupermanHerbs.com All Rights Reserved

that I know of. You can pretty take as much as you want for the benefits that you want. If you need

more of something, your body will let you know while you’re on herbs what you need to be taking.

Cloud: Yeah. Well one caveat to that is let’s say tongkat ali is not one of those herbs where more is

better. In fact, if you do take too much it’s not going to work.

Tex: Oh really? I did not know that.

Cloud: Well, I have talked to some people. I’ve heard some great stories about people taking like 2

grams a day and being wired for two days on accident but I’ve talked to other people that took let’s say

10 grams of it in a week and a half and felt nothing from it. My theory is it’s just an overload. You have

to give your body a break from the tongkat. The tongkat is so powerful. I don’t know if you’ve noticed

this but I’ve definitely experienced it, when I took tongkat for three weeks straight with no break, it

definitely started to diminish. When I took a couple of days off and then tried it again on the third day, it

was like the first time I took it again.

Tex: I don’t take days off from tongkat. I usually take it seven days straight. I take it seven days

straight. I know whenever you take something or anything that raises your testosterone, which is

tongkat ali is for, that you should take breaks from it. I remember all the supplements for testosterone-

boosting would always say take five days on and take two days off to let your body cycle and stuff. But I

honestly don’t listen to those and I just go with what my body tells me what to do because that’s the

only thing that can really tell me what to do with my body. So if I start not feeling the effects of it, I do

take a couple of days off.

Cloud: And then what happens?

Tex: You don’t feel lit and then when you get back on it, you do feel it a lot more intensely. I ran out

of my tongkat a couple of days ago and I just got my new shipment in today so I’m really excited to go

down and get my package from Superman Herbs and test out some of their new formulas also and then

supplement with. I’m going to really be excited to get back on my tongkat.

Cloud: Yeah, I generally take weekends off. I do it Monday through Friday and just to take weekends

off. When Monday comes around, I get all excited because I get to take tongkat again. I love the tongkat.

It is awesome. Like Tex was saying, he takes it every day but he listens to his body. He is an athlete. He is

very in tune with his body so he knows what it needs when he needs it. He can feel it basically.

For most people, it’s just a much better idea to cycle it. Give your body that rest so you can extract the

full benefits from tongkat by taking some time off and in turn, your product is going to last longer. We

recommend five days on, two days off but you can always play around with it. We always advocate that

people play around with herbs a little and find out where it works best for them. What works best for

Tex doesn’t work best for me and it might not work at all for someone else so you do have to play

around and find what works for you. You can even change up the cycle. You could do a higher dose for

three days let’s say and take two days off. You’ve just got to figure out what works for you the best. I

Copyright © 2015 SupermanHerbs.com All Rights Reserved

happen to really like doing five days on and two days off. It works well for me and I don’t have to think

about it because I know I take weekends off.

Tex: No matter what supplement you’re taking, you’ve got to figure out the cycle that works for you

and the dosages. Caffeine is another thing that I try to not take a lot of but I’m very good at metabolizing

it and it works great for me. But a lot of people they take it and they get these jitters and stuff. I’m not

sensitive to a lot of things so I can take a lot more of the stuff.

Cloud: Well, just to let you know, I don’t know if you knew this or listeners knew this but if you take

mucuna with stimulants like caffeine or your, it tends to cancel out the stimulant effect and you won’t

be so jittery. You could try that out, Tex. I did it with my coffee a couple of weeks ago and I definitely

wasn’t as wired. I felt great. I wasn’t all hands shaking and stuff.

Tex: I don’t get the complications but again, I’m a big dude. I’ve been doing supplements for a while

so I kind of need a lot of caffeine to wake me up in the morning. I actually got completely off of caffeine

at one point in time for a fight with the herbs, taking the pine pollen, Hercules and Spartan and the

shilajit pitch that really helped me to wake up too. The old Hercules blend with the niacin in it, I really

liked, too.

Cloud: So you’re out there doing your thing, training people, training yourself. You’re out there

definitely showing other people how herbs can help, how something made from nature can be even

better than something made by man, correct?

Tex: Totally. I think there are certain things chemically that we can make and it makes the body

perform better but I think the things that are made on herbs and the things that we have naturally are

better. I’ve done some unnatural things and some synthetic stuff to my body that made me muscly and

made me really fast and really strong but I don’t know if your body knows how to incorporate all that

stuff as much as if you naturally progress and then your body is even stronger through the natural

abilities.

Cloud: So it’s just kind of more like you’re just given all those stuff form other products let’s say and

your body just doesn’t know what to do with it. But in the more natural setting with the herbs, your

body can deal with it and it’s more natural so it becomes part of you.

Tex: Yeah. What is the percentage that your body can use of your muscle? You don’t use 100% of all

your muscles naturally. How do you synthetically put or make all these unnatural muscle in your body

and expect your body to just be able to use it. You can’t because you don’t use 100% of your muscles

already I think.

Cloud: Let’s move on. Let’s just say you’ve taken other stuff right that was supposed to enhance sports.

So how would you rate—you’re already on it—the herbs versus the synthetic components. We know

they work. They work great but do you want maybe the health problems that come with it or the stigma

Copyright © 2015 SupermanHerbs.com All Rights Reserved

that comes with it? Let’s say you’re competing and you’re not allowed to take certain things. How would

you compare the herbs to that?

Tex: That’s a great topic to talk to you about, with the herbs being all-natural. There are things that

you can go buy at the vitamin shop right now that will make you fail a drug test and you wouldn’t know

it as an athlete. You’d just be suspended or banned from your sport and you didn’t do anything illegal.

I think they work way better. I think, like you said, before the long-term health risk of taking the dyes

and the chemicals, we don’t really know if they cause cancer but that’s just not passing through your

body. Do we really know that dyes and chemicals cause cancer? I don’t know. I don’t think they’ve done

enough research on it. It’s like genetically-modified foods. Does it cause tumors? Maybe but nobody is

going to do enough studies to show long-term effects, to be able to show that. But I do agree that the

natural products are better.

Cloud: One things with the dyes, I know those are pretty bad for you. One thing that shows me that

they’re not that good is the fact that most of the countries in the world have banned the dyes except for

North America.

Tex: Yeah, we’re just gluttons for punishment. We’re trying to kill our own country. I research on

hormones. That’s a whole other podcast right there.

Cloud: So let’s get onto testosterone. I know you’re big on that. You like the tongkat and the pine

pollen for testosterone, right?

Tex: Yeah, also the Titan blend.

Cloud: I know you told me like with Titan, it helps to keep your strength up.

Tex: It does.

Cloud: Definitely. There are some new things we’re working on that hopefully when combined with

Titan will work even better.

Tex: I can’t wait to be able to drop the age in on everybody.

Cloud: Yeah, that will be awesome. So you’ve been an athlete in this sport for a couple of years and

you’ve told me you’ve been sponsored by other people and used their stuff. I don’t know. Could you talk

about that a little?

Tex: I’ve had some sports performance-related sponsors supplement fights. 3PX, their products are

all made in a lab. They’re not bad products but some of MusclePharms products, also same thing. I think

that the long term of using those products, we don’t know what they’re doing. We don’t know the

health problems they’re causing, the dyes and the chemicals, like you said. Everybody seems to want to

put artificial sweeteners in everything also which again I don’t think is a good thing but apparently that’s

Copyright © 2015 SupermanHerbs.com All Rights Reserved

how people want it. People need this tutti-frutti tasting drink. You’ve talked about the herbs. Yeah, they

kind of taste a little tangy. They’re a little weird-tasting sometimes but you know you’re telling me about

the bitterness and how we need to taste bitter things.

Cloud: Yeah. Like I tell you, our culture is used to sweet and salty. That’s what we grow up in. That’s

what we’ve become accustomed to. That’s what we crave. And then you introduce an herb, even pine

pollen is slightly bitter. I do know some people that will not take it just because of the taste. They’re very

close to me and I’m like, are you kidding me? Lots of people have told us over the years, “Oh you put

this on a pill, I’ll totally take it. It works great. I just can’t stand the taste.” Were there any products or

herbs you’ve had from us that let’s say you hated and didn’t like in the beginning, taste-wise?

Tex: Well, schisandra kind of threw me off.

Cloud: Schisandra?

Tex: Yeah, at the beginning. That one threw me off but I think pine pollen is the best tasting herb

ever. Yeah.

Cloud: Do you ever have any problems taking your tongkat, taste-wise?

Tex: It’s super bitter but no. I’m not pussified yet enough. Because I know it’s making me better so I

know. I’ll drink it.

Cloud: I recently learned yesterday, my wife taught me something, she learned that you can go ahead

and try this out there. Tex, I definitely want you to try it and see what you think. I took some salt, threw

it on my tongue and then I took my tongkat this morning. Supposedly, the salt will fill up your taste buds

so that the bitterness cannot get in there for your tongue to taste. Now when I did this this morning, I

had hardly any aftertaste of the tongkat. If you’ve had tongkat before, you know that after taste lingers

for a while. Next time you take it, Tex, throw some salt on your tongue first and let me know what

happened.

Tex: Well I actually knew about putting it because one I like to cook. Cooks do that. The salt takes the

bitterness out.

Cloud: She was watching a cooking show and that’s where she learned it. Hopefully, that can help some

people with the taste problem because not everyone is like us. If it’s good for them, they’ll take it no

matter what. That’s the reason every product, they throw stevia in it and this and that. We’re going to

make it taste super sweet. I think some products have sugars, stevia and other sweeteners in it. Me

personally, I cannot stand the taste of stevia.

Tex: I’m not sweets guy. I’d rather have a big old steak and a baked potato and stuff like that instead

of sweets. I’d rather just overload on meats and stuff but I guess that’s the caveman in me. I don’t know.

Copyright © 2015 SupermanHerbs.com All Rights Reserved

Cloud: Has your nutrition changed or your diet? Has it changed at all since you’ve been on the herbs or

the amount of food you need? Do you need as much food?

Tex: Yeah, I’m just a big eater. I like to eat. There are some days where I won’t eat as much but

anytime that I do eat something sweet or sugary, it throws my body through a loop and I just start

craving sugar and stuff like that. So I try to stay away from sugary things. But I try to eat all day long and

build my body with it. I like to stay around 220 to 225 so it takes a lot of food to stay up there.

Cloud: Yeah, I bet. I remember those days. I used to weigh your weight. Boy, I was fat then, I bet. Do

you have any goals for this year? 2015 is just starting. Do you have any goals and do you think the herbs

will help you reach those goals?

Tex: Well for sure the herbs are helping me do a lot of things in life, even just day to day. My goals

for 2015, I’m looking to fight on Excess TV hopefully on April if I can find an opponent. I’m doing the

Kakuto Submission Challenge, 6-Man Invitation Only Pro Division. If anybody is in Georgia and wants to

check that out, it’s on March 21st. I will have a Superman Herbs booth there, handing out samples

hopefully. Also, I want to win the No-Gi World this year and Gi World. Gi World is coming up on June

and then No-Gi World should be coming in October or November.

I don’t know if I’m going to compete as much as I did last year. I’d like to but I’m coming off of an injury.

I herniated some discs in my neck and I lost some muscle functions through the injury but the herbs are

helping me. I’m still training hard. Superman Herbs, I’m testing something for them that’s also helping

my injury that they’re hoping to release on 2015. I love to compete so I will compete as much as I can.

I’m not going to let some stupid injury take what I love away from me.

Cloud: Nice. And speaking of testing, I know you’re testing products for me right now. We have a

couple different things you‘re taking, testing for us and some of them are great, right? You like them?

Tex: I love them. I have not had a problem with anything you guys have sent me. Everything that you

guys send is high quality. You guys do your research and then you pass them on to me. So I’m very

thankful for that.

Cloud: We might as well bring it out. Hercules 2, I have had every sponsored athlete we have take that.

What is your take on Hercules 2 versus the first one, the Hercules formula?

Tex: When I first started taking Hercules and mixing it with Spartan, now Hercules 2 is a standalone

performance-enhancing, it just stands alone by itself right now because of the new cordyceps and the

shilajit that you added.

Cloud: So with Herc 2, you don’t have to get the Hercules formula and Spartan and take them together.

Now you can just take Herc 2 by itself.

Tex: It’s a standalone product if you want it. I of course still mix mine. I take an extra heaping

teaspoon of cordyceps because I am such a big guy. I think I need a mixture in it. Like I said, I thought my

Copyright © 2015 SupermanHerbs.com All Rights Reserved

cardio was good before but coming off of this injury, I came back faster than I thought I would with my

endurance and cardio just because of Hercules 2.

Cloud: Right, and that’s the awesome thing about adaptogens. It helps you adapt faster. As an athlete,

you need your body to adapt as fast as you can so you can improve.

Tex: The faster as possible.

Cloud: One of my new things, for athletes like you, the BJJ guys, if you’re not on this stuff and you

opponent is, can you afford to not be on this if they’re taking it? I wouldn’t say these herbs make you

win. They allow you to train to be better, to be faster and stronger. They allow you to train harder so

you can make yourself better. The herbs in themselves don’t make you who you are. You are who you

are but the herbs allow you to train to become the full you that you can be.

Tex: That argument’s been going on for a long time, especially in sports and performance-enhancing

and everything else. Like you said, with the herb of course, if you’re fighting one of our athletes, one of

the Superman Herbs athletes or somebody on it, they’re probably going to be a lot better than you.

We’ve got a guy that’s older right now, Jeff Donovan. He’s in the Masters division but he competes

adults and he just wins. He wins the adult divisions and I think Superman herbs has helped him do that.

Cloud: Yeah, I saw a video of his last match where he won gold this last weekend. He told me, “Hey,

check out the beginning. You can tell I’m on Herc 2.” He was bouncing off the walls before the match

started. He was moving. He couldn’t stop moving. He was raring to go and his opponent was literally just

sitting there. They start the match and Jeff just attacks. That match, it looked ridiculously easy for him

and he said that was the harder one.

Tex: And that guy’s an adult and I know people can say there’s nothing different from being 21 to 50

or 40 but there’s a big difference between those gaps. He’s in his 40’s maybe I think or maybe younger

than that. How old is Jeff?

Cloud: I don’t know. As young as he wants to be.

Tex: Well, he’s older. He’s older than that guy and with age comes, you slow down from what I

understand.

Cloud: Not if you don’t believe that, I believe. I don’t think there’s any reason to slow down.

Tex: I’ve noticed older men slow down so maybe that’s why I think that.

Cloud: Or maybe that’s something in our culture. We’ve talked about it, too, that it’s something that

everyone has said, told you since you were young. When you get older, you’ll find out what it’s like. You

won’t be as good. Back in my day, I would have destroyed you but today I’m old. But if you aren’t told

that, you don’t believe that. Is it necessarily true?

Copyright © 2015 SupermanHerbs.com All Rights Reserved

Tex: I think you have a point there because I’ve met guys that are older who run Ultra Marathons. It’s

like that guy is like 60 and he just ran like 35 miles or 36 miles, whatever Ultra Marathon is. That guy

didn’t stop. So yeah, maybe it’s just a cultural thing. I know it’s helped a lot of athletes that I’ve gotten

on to Superman herbs. It has helped a lot of them.

Cloud: Are you talking about older athletes that you’ve gotten?

Tex: One of my first people who I got onto Superman Herbs was a guy named Chuck. He started

taking them. He trains every day at 7 AM. He trains that way five days a week and he’s getting better. He

feels better. He said he didn’t need to each as much. I think he lost 15 pounds in a month on just herbs. I

mean that’s pretty good.

Cloud: Yeah, that’s pretty good if he didn’t change anything, if he didn’t change his training, he didn’t

change his diet and he just added herbs. It’s kind of like my story when I started. I couldn’t believe how

my body changed and I had been a trainer for 16 years.

So one last thing. Yes, our goal is to help athletes be better but the real goal with these herbs, we like to

say is that the herbs help you perform better at life and that encompasses everything you do.

Adaptogens just make you better at everything. So as you’re taking these herbs, besides athletics, is

there anywhere else you’ve noticed that the herbs helped?

Tex: Yeah, I mean they help me in everyday life. Waking up is easier. I feel better throughout the day.

Whenever I’m doing anything, job interviews and stuff like that, I definitely make sure I take good herbs

in the morning. I get a good breakfast with them. My everyday life though only really consists of getting

up, training, coming home, spending time with my wife, who is the one who got me on herbs. I’m a

professional athlete so I don’t really have time, I don’t really go out. I don’t do anything like that so my

everyday life, it is working and training and things that I love. That’s why I’ve done it because it is my

passion. That’s why I put so much time into it. That’s why it’s not all about labor to me. I love it. But the

herbs definitely helped with my everyday life.

Cloud: They just, like I like to say, make things easier.

Tex: They do make things easier. Like you said with the adaptogens and stuff, you adapt faster. You

start recovering faster. You start feeling better in the morning. You don’t need as much other crap as

you used to need to get you through the day or as much of this other stuff that you thought worked

great for you.

Cloud: Well, we have to wrap this up. Are there any last words of wisdom you would like to impart to

our audience?

Tex: Yeah, I just think if you’re not taking Superman Herbs and you have to go up against one of the

guys on the herbs, you’re going to feel the difference.

Cloud: Sweet. Okay. Well, that should do it with our first athlete interview with Aaron Tex Johnson. This

has been the Vital Way Podcast. In the future we will be bringing you more interviews with some of the

athletes that we sponsor to showcase just how these herbs can help your athletics, your everyday life

and anything you’re doing. Go ahead. Have a great day. Bye.
