Introduction
Corporate Identity refers to the all-encompassing image of a company like ABC Group Inc. This identity must be maintained and facilitate the
vision outlined by the Executive Team. “Make your mark”: The ABC Group logo and brand carries with it a four-decade history; one that exudes
a commitment to high quality, has a strong design philosophy, and products that exceed their requirements. In order to support our global
organization we have created these brand guidelines.
These Brand Guidelines must be strictly adhered to by any affiliates who request the use of ABC Group’s branding on any materials, such as
paper or electronic applications. We must use these guidelines to ensure consistency throughout all the materials that our branding is used in;
eg. Powerpoint presentations, Excel spread sheets, legal documents, marketing materials, Microsoft Word documents, and anything linking to
the ABC Group website.
As ABC Group Inc. continues to grow and it is everyone’s responsibility to ensure the uniformity of our brand. These guidelines are intended to

Behind the logo
The ABC Group logo consists of two major elements. The letters “ABCgroup” and the
dynamic triangle with the outline of a globe, representing ABC Group’s international
presence.
All acceptable versions of this logo are available as digital artwork from the Marketing
Department. Under no circumstances are these to be manipulated or altered.

Our logo
Where the ABC Group logo appears on a white background, it must resemble the logo example below. (Example 1)
If the logo is required to be one colour depending on the material it is being placed upon, it can either be solid black, solid red or solid white.

Improper use of our logo
Below are a few examples that display improper use of the ABC logo.
Condensing or stretching logo.
Altering the colour of logo.(other than approved colours)
Using other shades of red. This is prohibited and must never be changed or altered.
Placing the logo on an angle or upside down.

Logo scaling & spacing rule
The ABC Group logo is our most recognizable asset and is a registered trademark in several jurisdictions. Accordingly, the logo should always
be placed in a respectable area with appropriate space around it and again, not altered in anyway unless approved by ABC Group’s marketing
department. It must have a minimum height of 3/8” or 9.525mm on printed material, and no less than 36 pixels in height in digital format.

The following guidelines must be followed when employee business cards are
being designed outside of the Head Office Marketing Department.
1. The ABC Group logo must be placed with exact margin spacing, from the top
left corner of 3/20” or 3.81mm.
2. Only ABC Group Inc. corresponding contact information and office locations are
permitted on business cards. Employees may not substitute for a home address
or personal contact information.
3. The ABC Group Inc. globe in the background (bottom right) must not be altered
in any way and should always be at 10% opacity.
4. All business cards must use the ABC Group font and company colours as outlined
on page 7. Under no circumstances are black and white version to be designed
and printed.
5. Two-language business cards for foreign affiliates will utilize both sides of the card. Requesting departments are responsible for providing an
accurate translation of card text in the appropriate language.

size, layout and design has been standardized for consistency with our overall brand. The
following guidelines must be adhered to, if not, the result is a product that misrepresents
ABC Group’s global identity.
Please refer to the following guidelines for printing:
1. The logo must not be copied and altered from electronic files and inserted as it
will tend to have some distortion. Always use the “Letterhead” electronic file supplied
(Word doc, PDF).
2. All stationary must use the ABC Group font and colours as outlined on page 7.
