Goal
The aim of the present proposal is to establish a generation of young researchers who are honest and conduct responsible science.
Approaches
There is an increase need for spreading information aboutresponsibilities, ethics, and implementations of science. We need to well establish the idea that “science is abouthow things are, not about how they should be”. In thiscontext, questions such as why we are doing research? How we performing the experiment? How do we interpretthe results and manipulate the data? Which ways we arecoordinate the relation between the co-authors?, need tobe discussed. In our opinion, the interactive discussionand study case concept are the best practice to raise theawareness of the important concepts. In details, a numberof 5-6 interactive meetings vary from workshops, interactive meetings, and study case discussions will beorganized.
•Project Information and ObjectivesThe conducted workshops held at South Valley University werefocusing on different subjects such as:•Increasing awareness of authorization responsibilities: These wereachieved by giving examples from academic society and open thediscussion for brain storming session.•Adapting responsible scientific research ethics: although researchethics is a personal attitude, we can increase the shortage in thispoint by giving examples of staff members that had problemsbecause of neglecting the good massage of science and research.•An open discussion for the improper behavior of scientist: this pointis the heart of scientific research. The improper behaviors includemanipulating the data, and insufficient data for experiment.A group discussion was held, with contribution from Vice-Presidentfor graduate affairs, in order to solve the problems and even ask forpersonal trials. We have discussed several examples for problems inorder to measure understanding, and convincing the participants.

Results and Accomplishments of Project
The workshops were successful at south Valley University; this was realized from the discussion and the number of participants from the faculty staff and young researchers. In every workshop, we got the recommendation from the participants to held such workshops every year.
Problems
We did not face any problem regarding the workshops organization and number of participants and we also had the full support from the university administration. But the problem only with the financial support.
However, we got some feedback from the participants regarding the workshops material source such as books….)
Next steps
Currently, we are working with the administration to add these workshops in the university centers for staff training and qualifications. We are also planning to give such workshops every semester to the staff members and students.
