    Capacity: 120 People Seated/225 People Standing The Upper Deck offers the best view on Lake Austin and can accommodate

    any occasion. Private and unique, the Upper Deck comes complete with a

    projector screen and Audio/Visual capabilities. There is a full bar in addition

    to fourteen of our most popular draft beers.

    Capacity: 200 People Seated/300 People Standing The Lower Deck is a laid back environment that offers both a covered area

    that can be fully enclosed and an outside area to catch some rays. There

    are ve large at screens that are available for sporting event viewings,

    presentations, or slideshows. There is a full bar in addition to fourteen of

    our most popular draft beers.

    Capacity: 70 People Seated/90 People Standing The Side Deck is perfect for a private outdoor event. This space offers a

    private atmosphere and is great for mingling. If you are interested in having

    an event that allows both an indoor and outdoor area, this spot can be

    connected with the Inside Bar to increase occupancy.

    Capacity: 75 People Seated/100 People Standing Our Dining Room offers a view of Lake Austin with the luxury of air

    conditioning and a view. There is an eleven foot projector screen available

    for sport event viewings, presentations or slideshows. If you are interested

    in having an event inside, but need to accomodate more people, we can

    combine this space with the Inside Bar, Billiard’s Room, or Side Deck.

    Capacity: 60 People Seated/80 People Standing  A lakeside dining room lined with windows facing Lake Austin and double

    doors to let the breeze in. There are ve large TVs available for sporting

    event viewings, presentations, or slideshows. This space is perfect for a

    more private atmosphere, but it can also be combined with the Inside

    Dining Area or the Inside Bar to increase occupancy.

    Capacity: 50 People Seated/80 People Standing The Inside Bar is a cozy stained wood area featuring a replace for the

    colder months, sixty-three draft beers and a full bar. There are four large

    at screen TVs available for sporting event viewings, presentations, or

    slideshows. This space can also be combined with the Side Deck or Billiard’s

    Room to increase occupancy.

    Terms & Conditions FOOD AND BEVERAGE SELECTION

    In arranging for private events, your menu and beverageselections must be nalized two weeks prior to the event

    to insure the availability of the menu items.

    PERSONALIZATION OF MENU

    If a personalized menu is desired, our event coordinatorwill work with our Chef on special requests to augment ourexisting menu selections. Favorite dessert? We will do ourbest to accommodate, just ask!

    BEVERAGE AND BAR ARRANGEMENTS

    TABC regulations prevent Abel’s on the Lake from allowingbeverages of any kind to be brought in from outside. Abartender is provided at no additional charge.

    BILLING

    Payment will be due in full at the completion of eachevent. In the event of a returned check, you will becharged an additional $35 processing fee that will beadded to your nal bill.

    ROOM RENTAL

    The Room Rental Fee is required to reserve the space.This fee is non-refundable and does not go towards Foodor Beverage.

    STATE SALES TAX

    State sales tax of 8.25% will be applied to all non-exempt groups for food, non-alcoholic beverages, and room rental. A tax exempt form will be required prior to the event ifclaiming tax exemption.

    SERVICE CHARGE AND LABOR

     A 20% service charge will be added to the nal bill for allfood and hosted bar functions. The labor charge for aroom ip is $200. Some functions may require additionalsetup or service fees.

    TIME INCREMENTS

     Abel’s on the Lake offers our private rooms in incrementsof 4 hours for evening and daytime events, and 5 hours

    for Weddings that include Ceremony and Reception. Thistime frame is from guests scheduled arrival to departure.Should you wish to extend your event beyond this timeframe; a 200 labor fee will be applicable for each addi-tional hour. A two hour set up will be allowed prior to thestart time of the event unless special arrangements havebeen made.

    PARKING

    Parking is available in our main lot, as well as the LCRAparking lot across the street. After 5 pm Monday-Fridayand anytime on Saturday and Sunday the LCRA parking

     garage is also available. Valet parking is located at theentrance of the building. Each car is $6. Valet parking isprovided by Texas Valet. Abel’s on the Lake is not respon-sible for any damage caused by third parties.

    GUARANTEED HEAD COUNT

     Abel’s on the Lake requires a guaranteed number ofattendees by 11 am, 7 days prior to your scheduled event.If no nal guarantee is received, the number appearingon the banquet event order will be considered the nal

     guarantee. This number is not subject to reduction afterthis deadline.

    CANCELLATIONS

     All Room Rentals are non-refundable. If the client cancelsthe event within 30 days of the event, the client will owehalf the amount of the contract . If the client cancelswithin 14 days of the event the client will owe the entireamount of the contract.

    LIABILITY

    Prior arrangements must be made to access the roommore than two hours before the event. Abel’s on the Lakewill not assume responsibility for the security or storage of

     guest’s property. Any property of guest’s must be removedat the end of the event. This includes but is not limited to,items left by orists or other outside vendors and decora -tions. The use of glitter and confetti is prohibited. ForWedding Receptions, we only allow the use of bubbles forBride and Groom exit. We reserve the right to charge a$100 cleanup fee if necessary, or to charge accordingly forproperty damaged by renter or guests of renter.

     Additional Services MUSICWe are happy to accommodate live bands or dj’s; how-

    ever, certain restrictions apply and additional costs maybe added if Abel’s has to provide any supplies or services.We require music vendors to be completely self-containedand complete with their tear down within 1 hour of the

    event’s end.

    AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT A.V. equipment is available on a rental basis for your event. Abel’s on the Lake will make your arrangements upon

    request. An A/V Rental Form will be required with a CreditCard Number in order to reserve and use our micro-

    phones, cords or PA System. There will be no charge if theequipment is returned in the same condition as it was lentout. Guest will be responsible for full cost of equipmentrepair or replacement if necessary. You are also more thanwelcome to provide your own.

    FLOOR PLANThe oor plan is subject to change the day of the event if

    the original oor plan does not ow well.

    LINENS

    60” Round Tables will have 85” white square restaurantlinens (linens are not oor length). If you would like oor

    length linens, we will have to go through our preferredrental company and prices vary. See event coordinator for

    vendor information.

    6’ and 8’ rectangular tables for the buffet will have 10’black restaurant linens (linens are not oor length). If you

    would like oor length linens, we will have to go through

    our preferred rental company and prices vary. See eventcoordinator for vendor information.
