IMPACT will be self-evident
Criteria to measure impact: The percentage of employed people and the rate of
increase of employability. Feedback from employers.
Sustainability of proposed solution: The success of imposed solutions would automatically
increase the scale of operation, and hence its impact. Employable parents would tend to make their children
even more employable.
Monitoring of imposed solutions: Setting up of a central vigilance commission or a similar
body to monitor all government schemes and plans. NGOs have to play a pivotal role in monitoring.
