1. Academic Advisory System The University has established the academic advisory system in recent years. A faculty member will be assigned as academic advisor to each student. We hope to familiarize our students with important aspects of academic life and provide them with guidance and advice as they go through their study. For instance, while you may have gained a fairly good idea of your study programme during the orientation, you may want to get more information and counseling when encountering academic problems. Our teachers are more than willing to share with you their knowledge and experience. We look forward to maintaining a close relationship with you. 2. Multimedia Laboratories and Studios The School offers professional training by having state-of-the-art facilities, including Television and Radio Studio, Creative Hub, BlackBox Studio, and professional facilities for multimedia production, including HD video editing, audio editing and post-production. In addition, the School has several spacious and state-of-the-art computer laboratories equipped with PC-based and Mac-based workstations installed with the latest technologies for production and design. The School's local area network, supported by our servers, provides fast, collaborative and reliable working environment, high speed access to the Internet, a computer-assisted telephone interviewing system for survey research, and up-to-date statistical analysis packages for research applications.
