Recruitment Process

Payment & Invoicing Terms

• 8.33% of CTC for Executive to Manager Level.• 12.5% of CTC for Senior Manager up to Vice President.• Service charge as applicable .• Company will release the payment within 15 days of

joining of the candidate through cheque / draft in favor of “Datasoft Technologies”.

• If the candidate leaves the client, Employment within 2 months of joining, Datasoft Technologies will provide replacement without additional charges.
