What is our ‘recipe’? one size doesn’t fit all
1 Need Analysis: The relationship starts with understanding the pain points, leadership development areas – motivational, goal-setting, decision making, influencing, leadership transitioning, diversity or change related issues.
2 Design: The needs define the design of the leadership discovery and development intervention. At this stage we may choose a Standard program or a Customized one. The customized program could contain a mix of – Assessment, Workshops, Training, Coaching and Mentoring.
3 Delivery: The sponsor agrees the program before delivery planning. The program delivery typically contains: a) Pre-Test: The in-depth assessment is one of the valuable features of the learning experience. b) Face2Face Workshops: The workshops offer interactive and intense classroom learning experience, providing tools and strategies that can be applied at work.
4 Post-Program: Positive Shift's program is a relationship, not a one-time event, with post-program engagement designed to sustain change and impact. } A post-program, follow-up Group

ELO LEADERSHIP JOURNEY Target: Top leadership cadre Leadership development doesn’t happen overnight, and is a behavioral shift journey. The Executive Leadership Orientation (ELO) Leadership journey typically is a 6-9 month partnership that starts at the top. The journey begins with CEO sponsorship and understanding of the key behavioral issues. We spend time to understand the current realities, current challenges, and cultural patterns. This is followed by a series of interventions that may include mix of Personal discovery workshops, Executive coaching, workplace projects, simulation games, and primarily promote honest conversations amongst cross-functional leaders. The course contains models from real life scenarios from the organization, business models influenced by management gurus such as Peter Drucker, Peter Senge, Marshall Goldsmith, and C K Prahalad.
MANAGING CHANGE DURING CHALLENGING TIMES Target: Middle management cadre “Less is More” – is the new daily mantra for the leaders.. This 2 days workshop is designed for Leaders responsible for facilitating transformational change in their organizations. The program creates awareness of – working with & shifting the culture that promotes change; understanding of the forces that contribute to change; co-creating innovative strategies that produce win-win outcomes.
LEADING SELF THROUGH DEEP PERSONAL FOUNDATION Target: Leaders at all levels Humans are complex creatures but overall whatever we are can be summed up into three parts – body, mind and spirit. This is a 3-day residential program for leaders who want to realize their true potential, stretch beyond comfort-zone, enhance personal effectiveness at work and life. The program is conducted by Certified Coach and Outdoor adventure specialists. The workshop creates an environment that encourages vulnerability and authenticity.
Our few ‘core programs’ SIX SIGMA STRATEGIES, PROCESS EXCELLENCE Target: Executives/ Senior managers Finding the ‘low-hanging fruits’ to make rapid improvements in the business, is the bedrock for this program. The 2-day workshop program is designed for Executives/ Senior managers who lead the execution of the Lean Six Sigma deployment plans to achieve organizational objectives. The participants benefit from – Understanding of the Lean Six Sigma principles and its deployment; Lean & DMAIC and primary tools; identify and prioritize critical improvement opportunities aligned to business objectives.
COLLEGE TO CORPORATE TRANSITION Target: B-school graduates This is a 2-day program designed for youth with 0-3 years experience to gain deeper and better understanding of their personal capabilities, experience how they interrelate with others, key behavioral traits for being successful at jobs. Young managers will be able to make smooth transition to corporate world by understanding few realities of managing teams, managing “more with less”, exhibiting Emotional Intelligence, building high performing teams and business acumen.
CERTIFIED TEACHER LEADERSHIP (CTL) Target: K-12 Teachers The program provides a unique professional development opportunity for accomplished teachers who aspire to or are identified for leadership roles. CTL participants will gain personal insight that will help them unlock their leadership potential and develop key leadership skills needed to achieve impactful, tangible results across the school.
