ABOUT
Quay Project Management is the Development and Project Management arm to Financier, Quay Investments. The purpose of this business is to ensure that the projects financed by Quay Investments are also managed effectively through to delivery. Quay focuses on risk mitigation and value add in all parts of the value chain and life cycle of a project.

MARCO V. FABRIZIO
FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERMarco is the Founder of Quay Investments and has been instrumental in the growth and business development of the Quay and partner company Heworth Construction. Since 2015, Marco has completed over $1B in property, construction and funding transactions across Australia. Marco currently sits on the board and holds C-suite roles in companies like Hashching, Heworth Construction, Badgerfox and Tier One Media. Marco is focused on long term relationships and expansion.
With strong knowledge of the various multiple industry sectors, Hugo effectively drives new business developments by highlighting potential partners and future target areas to ensure a quality pipeline and successful conversion of Quay’s Project Portfolio.Hugo is responsible for the company’s client relationship strategy and activities with a focus on creating long-term value for clients and sustained repeat business.

Marc is responsible for the overall operations of the Quay Investments business. Marc is a property analyst within the property lending and construction side of our business model, dealing with borrowers and land owners during the initial due diligence period. Marc works alongside our
CEO reporting daily to our investors.

Terry has been instrumental in the strategic direction of our business, implementing legal structures and mentoring our executive team. Terry was the founder of McCabes Lawyers and is the head of then private
client’s group at McCabe Curwood. Terry works closely with our corporate and property groups to deliver integrated general commercial and property transactional services. His advice in this area ranges from advising on partnership and shareholder
agreements to managing commercial disputes.Terry’s many years of experience means that results can often be
achieved efficiently and cost effectively.
