Unifold® 500 & 1000The TPS Unifold® container is designed specifically for the storage and transport of liquid products.

The advanced features of the Unifold® 1000 and 500 have been developed by TPS. These include front and through-the-base discharge, fully-folding full length drop-side, with no loose parts.

Easy to clean and assemble, the Unifold® 1000 and 500 IBCs meet the hygiene standards of the food and cosmetics industries.

Slim 500The TPS 500 Slim container is a bespoke IBC designed for processing areas that have limited space.

The Slim 500 is robust and easy to handle, with no loose parts, a front drop-panel for loading and a fully integral lid.

This design also delivers the benefits of a 2:1 return ratio.

250 LitreThe TPS 250 litre IBC is a compact container designed specifically for the storage and transport of high value liquid products.

This unique 250 litre container replaces the conventional drum. It is both easier and safer to handle.

With a 4:1 return ratio when stacked, this IBC also offers significant transport and storage savings

Unifold® 1000 with Sump BaseThe TPS Unifold® 1000 with Sump Discharge is a 1000-litre container designed specifically for the storage and transport of viscous products.

The sump-base container has a conic bottom which is sloping by 166 degrees for optimum discharge. It can be easily and quickly assembled by just one person and it packs flat for stacking, storage and return transport.

Easifold® Plastic 500The TPS Easifold® IBC plastic 500 Container offers maximum safety and hygeine through changeable liner bags – also available in aseptic form on request.

The TPS Easifold® 500 container has a 1200 x 800 mm footprint and the tare weight is only 67kg.

Being fully hygienic and easy to clean, with no corrosion and low maintenance, the range of Easifold IBCs are ideal containers for the food processing and cosmetics markets.

TPS Plastic Security These strong security containers are ideal for all kinds of products.

They are available in three sizes; Tall, Standard and Euro Deck.

Additional advantages include being fully-folding to stack 10 high when empty, being hard-wearing for durability and being strong enough to stack 5 high when full. They also have drop-side and drop-front panels for easy loading. A lightweight, reusable and environmentally friendly packaging solution.

The TPS Autofill SystemA key feature of the Autofill liner is that it opens out automatically during the filling operation, making it easy for one operator to manage the entire filling process.

TheAutofillLinerSystemincludestheIBC,anAutofillliner,afront-fillingretainer– to securely hold the liner in place without human intervention – and the wringer for a complete discharge. We also provide the filling connectors, caps, valves and glands to complete the connection with your filling and discharge equipment.

Filling and Discharge EquipmentTPS provides filling and discharge equipment and accessories for every stage of the supply chain, to all UK and European specifications. With literally hundreds of products in our range, this page reveals only a sample of what is available.

TPS is committed to providing customers with solutions. We have the ability and facility to design and manufacture bespoke products.

We carry extensive stocks available for immediate despatch.

TilterThe TPS Tilter is designed for the discharge of viscous products.

The container is loaded to the platform and, with the use of the over-centre cam system, the container can be tilted by just pulling the handle – even when the container is full of product.

Ratchet WringerThe TPS Ratchet Wringer has been designed to help with the total discharge of all liquid products with simple and easy operation.

Just connect the liner when full and as the container empties, turn the handle to keep the bag taut. This allows all of the product to move towards the discharge outlet for total emptying of the container.

Front Fill Retainer Designed to work with the TPS Autofill liner for the TPS 500 and

1000 litre IBC container.

Simply fit the fill flange of the liner into the neck of the bridge and connect your pipe work. The liner will fill automatically with no operator involvement. The bridge can also be used for discharging from the top of the container.

Centre Fill Bridge Designed to secure the liner during discharge of the liner in the 500 and 1000 IBC containers.

The Centre Fill Bridge helps stop the liner collapsing with the product, and can also be used for the filling procedure if required.

TPS Heater MatThe TPS Unifold Liner Heating System is designed to raise and maintain the temperature of the contents of the IBC liner to an accurate and consistent level during discharge.

Simply plug in the container on arrival at its destination

Not needing to achieve hot room temperatures makes
