With Monitor, broadcasters and other content providers can incorporate monitoring with content recording (logging) technology to their multiscreen, multiplatform delivery models most effectively and economically.
With 24/7 monitoring and notification capabilities, you’ll be able to moni-tor broadcast quality, report faults, respond to and fix issues, and use full recording to instantly review the impact of detected errors. Monitor will measure loudness, closed captions, Digital Program Insertion, NAVE watermarking, AC-3, Automatic Format Descriptor, and QoE (Static, Black, audio levels) parameters. These will be combined on a powerful, desktop multi-viewer that allows anyone to view the product is good.
The Multiviewer option enable users to keep their eyes and ears on ev-ery channel in the broadcast delivery chain, including OTT feeds, through a new and improved graphical interface. The option’s new Traffic Light dashboard, gives each user convenient red-light and green-light status indicators for a customizable grouping of select channels, OTT streams, and renditions of OTT streams, or user-defined sets of channels and/or streams. Shown in a configurable window within the Multiviewer display, along with other windows showing audio, video, and data for specified channels and streams, the Traffic Light widget effectively consolidates and displays the QoE-based alerts most important to an individual user.
