PRODUCTS
At BNML we manufacture and stock fasteners in both metric and imperial sizes from M1–M150 (1/16”–6”) in all materials, conforming to both DIN and ANSI/ASME standards.
We also manufacture special bespoke turned parts to your drawings in all materials, and we are also able to reverse engineer parts from samples you supply!
We carry large stocks of Studbolts/Studding, Hexagon Nuts, Hexagon Bolts/Blanks/Setscrews, Socket Head Capscrews and Washers in various Petrochemical Grades.

MANUFACTURING
At BNML we have a 46,000 sq ft manufacturing facility which has the following capabilities:-
Hot Forging, CNC Machining, Conventional Lathe Machining (Capstan Lathes etc.), Automatic Capstan Lathes, Milling, Polygonal Turning, Thread Rolling (up to M100/4”), In house Heat Treatment.

QUALITY
At BNML we operate a quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001 : 2008 certified by BSI (British Standards Institute).
Nothing is of more importance than the quality of our products. When supplying customers in such quality critical industries as Petrochemical, Power and Defence, product integrity is of the utmost importance. This is why we are the first choice supplier for many of the Worlds leading “Blue Chip” companies eg. Alstom, Cameron, General Electric etc. Levels of certification we offer include:- BS EN 10204 2:2 (Certificate of Conformity). BS EN 10204 3:1 (Full Mechanical and Chemical Analysis). BS EN 10204 3:2 (Fully Witnessed by Independent Third Party Inspectors (TUV, Lloyds Register, Bureau Veritas, DNV etc.). As well as this we offer PPAP levels 1-5, and ISIR’s (Initial Sample Inspection Reports) where required. As we are certified by a European Governing Body (BSI) we can certify products to P.E.D. (97/23/EC), and also to NACE MR-0175.We also work closely with various independent laboratories, who provide a full range of independent services:- Ultrasonic Testing, MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection), DPI (Dye Penetrant Inspection), PMI (Positive Material Identification), Charpy/Izod Testing, Proof Load Testing, Tensile Testing, Hardness Testing.
