Rachael Wollmann

About me

I went to Menno Public School all 13 years of school, which is K-12 in the same building. I have lived in the Menno area for all 19 years of my life, in fact in the same house. I participated in nearly everything my high school offered, from sports to clubs to fine arts. I love to play sports, but I especially enjoy running. I am the oldest of three girls, my sisters being 16 and 13. My mom has been the special education director at Menno for 20 years. While my dad own a heating and cooling business, Riverside Heating and Cooling, so I help him any chance I get. I get to help with everything from installing furnaces and air conditioners to putting duct work together. I also work at a gas station in Menno, Country Pride, and just recently started delivering pizza for Dominos in Vermillion. When I’m not busy I love hanging out with my boyfriend, William, and our crazy friends. I enjoy going to the beach when it’s nice out and mudding when it’s rainy. I also love to go snowmobiling when it’s snowy.

Professional Goals

I am planning on becoming an Elementary and Special Education teacher in a rural school. I would love to teach 1st grade or high school special education. I also am planning on coaching, I would really love to coach either track and field or cross country. However, I would coach anything since I love every sport.

10 years from now…..

I would love to be living in my home town teaching in my home school. I would love to be married and have some rowdy kids.
