ABS submersible drainage pumps J 12-15 are suitable for pumping water and dirty water mixed with light abrasives. The low weight and compact design makes for convenient transport, handling and installation.

Easy start Built-in contactor connected to the thermal sensors in the stator windings protects the motor from overheating and features an automatic restart function.

Wear resistance Impeller in high-chrome alloy with full upper shroud and adjustable wear parts coated in nitrile rubber for high abrasion resistance.

Reliable operation Double mechanical shaft seal in oil bath with primary and second-ary seal surfaces in silicon carbide extend the life of the pump. Double outer casing and good heat convection enables pump to operate continuously at low levels or even run dry without damag-ing the motor.

ServiceabilityDue to modular design, the same parts can be used for different pumps, which lowers the overall service costs. The adjustable dif-fuser ensures proper clearance throughout the life of the impeller. By removing the top cover of the pump you can easily check the electrical junction area.

ABS Submersible Drainage Pumps J 205-604

Easy to start J 205 includes a built-in contactor connected to the thermal sensors in the stator windings protecting the motor from overheating and features an auto-matic restart function. J 405-604 have thermal sensors in the sta-tor windings protecting the mo-tor from overheating by means of an external control panel.

Wear resistance Abrasive resistant impellers combined with diffusers and wear rings coated in oil-resistant nitrile rubber provide extended pump life in tough applications.

Reliable operationDouble mechanical shaft seals in oil bath with primary seal surfaces in sili-con carbide extend the life of the pump. J 205-405 offers primary and secondary seal in an easy to replace seal cartridge. Double outer casing and good heat convection enable pumps to operate continuously at low levels or even run dry without damaging the motors.

ServiceabilityExternal inspection ports for oil and motor chambers for quick and easy shaft seal evalua-tion during service. By removing the top cover of the pump you can easily check the electrical junction area. The adjustable wear ring ensures proper clearance throughout the life of the impeller.

ABS submersible drainage pumps J 10 - 350 MEX are approved explosion proof mine pumps suitable for pumping water and dirty water mixed with light abrasive soil. Approved MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration) and D.O.E.R. (Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources). Applications include gassy coal mines, tunnels, strip mines, and quarries where MSHA permissibility is required.

ABS submersible trash pumps XFPT 80C - 150E are suitable for pumping trash and water mixed with solids. The robust cast iron design provides a sturdy pump for rough conditions. The pump runs at any water level without overloading the motor.

AquaTronic unit for correct motor rotationOur built-in AquaTronic unit integrates electronic intelligence into the pump ensur-ing correct motor rotation, by automatically adjusting for incorrect phase order. It also protects the motor by stopping the pump in the event of over-amperage, overheating, low or high voltage or missing phase. Another feature of the Aqua-Tronic unit is the internal software that allows pump performance and service di-agnostics data to be viewed on a PC via USB link, enabling accurate evaluation of service and maintenance needs. The workshop manual and spare parts list, readily available in the AquaTronic unit, can be viewed via the link as well.

Level Sensor for precise and cost effective water level controlTogether with AquaTronic, the Level sensor provides precise and cost effective water level control, and helps lower power consumption.

SoftDrive for cost effective operationSulzer offers a built in SoftDrive concept on the J 205 pumps. It reduces starting current dramatically and provides a smooth operation for both the power net and pump equipment. The pump can be started with a smaller sized generator com-pared to a standard direct on line started pump.

ABS Control panels for J Pumps and XFPT Pumps Sulzer offers control panels for all pump models. Manual, automatic with floats and float-less automatic panels are available for all drainage and trash pumps. Special QC3 control panels for the XFPT portable wastewater pumps are available for all models.

Quick and easy installation with ABS floatation ringABS offers a solution for pumps up to 122 lb. The ring is easy to install and can be used with ABS dewatering pumps J/JS 12-15, XJ/XJS 25-40.

Let the pump float and avoid unnecessary wear with ABS floatation systemABS floatation system offers a modular system and cover pumps from 155 to 1327 lbs. The modular floatation system is easy to build and used with ABS dewa-tering pumps XJ 50-80, XJS 50-80, J 205-604.

Additional protection for more durable operationABS submersible dewatering pumps can easily be added with zinc anode belts providing protection against galvanic corrosion. The cast parts of the pump can also be protectively coated, ensuring trouble free operation when pumping salty or brackish water.

Polyurethane for prolonged life of drainage pumps ABS offers wear-rings in polyurethane, which increases resistance when pumping fine sand and other abrasive mediums. Polyurethane coated wear rings are available as an option on J 205-604.

Series connections for pumping high heads With minimal effort, the standard ABS drainage pumps can be rebuilt to function in series for high head applications.

Bottom suction adapterOn pumps types J 12-15 and J 24 the standard bottom plate may be replaced by a bottom suction adapter. A basement floor or a tank can be pumped practically dry with this adapter.

Save time and money on ABS repair kitsSulzer offers repair kits for all submersible dewatering pumps. The repair kits includes common parts required for a typical repair. Our modular design makes it possible to repair all drainage and sludge pumps with just a few repair kits.
