With a world class facility and unique equipment, this mix of traditional lifts, Olympic lifting and strongman event will get you leaner and stronger than you ever imagined. With classes limited to 6 to ensure tailored, individualised training and under the guidance of our highly skilled and experienced Performance Coaches, Absolute will ensure that you develop technical efficiency and safety with all the big moves. With greater stimulation of all your body, you will become a strong and effective fat burning machine.

Calling all cyclist! Recreation or competitive, if you’re wanting to improve your strength, power, speed, work capacity and economy then ‘The Strength Cycle’ is for you. By incorporating compound lifts and body weight exercises specific to a cyclist demands, your performance on the bike will be like never before, no matter your training experience. With the use of Absolute’s world class facilities, you will get the training needed to maximise your time on the bike with our highly experienced Performance Coaches To ensure each individual is tailored towards, spots are limited in this unique class to 6.
