Accessing the Gradebook - SI Students/Parents/Guardians Revised: August 19, 2020
This document is intended to assist Student Instruction (SI) students with understanding how to access the Gradebook in the Student Information System (SIS).
Keeping track of your child/dependant’s grades in the ADLC Student Information System (SIS) can be done this by following these steps after logging in:
To View Grades
1. In the main menu on the left-side of the screen, select Gradebook.
2. You’ll see the student’s grades and feedback for the selected course. Grades are set up differently in every course, so it’s normal to see some variation here.

3. If the student is enrolled in multiple courses, you can view the specific course by selecting the View button for the desired course.
To Print a Progress Report
1. On the main menu, select Gradebook.
2. Under the Select column, check the box beside the course you want a Progress Report for.
3. Click the Print Progress Report button. A PDF of your child or dependant’s Progress Report will be generated and opened in your browser or saved to your downloads folder(bottom left corner of your browser depending on your browser and settings. You can either view the grades by clicking to open the PDF or by clicking on Print on the toolbar to generate a physical copy for your records.
