1. Relative to the sustainability of the institutionalization of Continuous Improvement Program of the Department of Education (DepEd), the Schools Division of Camarines Sur urgently calls for FINALIZATION WORKSHOP OF CIP OUTPUTS AND PRESENTATION on May 30, 2019, Thursday at SDO Conference Hall, San Jose, Pili.
Camarines Sur. This is in preparation for the 2019 Regional Cl Symposium.
2. The objective of the workshop are· 1] to ensure the correctness of the contents of the presentation based on the CIP standards, 2] enhanced writing competencies of the participants in preparing their accomplishment report/write-up and 3] identify participants to the 2019 Regional Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) Symposium.
3. Participants to the workshop are CIP teams from Classes I, II and Ill who have finished their second round Cl Projects and Action Researches. CIP Teams who were done with the implementation this SY 2018-2019 and are on the process of the doing the 100% project completion and other CIP teams close to completion that can beat the deadline for the Regional Symposium. Names of participants are stated in enclosure 1 which likewise served as their authority.
4. The teams are expected to submit the corrected soft and hard copies of the projects. Each team shall bring laptop, extension wire, food and materials needed for the
workshop. A team can be represented by a member or two during the workshop.
5 Transportation and traveling allowance of the participants shall be charged to local fund/ MOOE or other fund source subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
6. Immediate and wide dissemination of this memorandum is advised.
