Academic Programme

The Academic Programme in MEP and Piping at the

MEP Centre are designed to find the leader in you and

help develop a strong base for your Technical skills.

These critical tools will help you face any challenge in

your career.

The Academic Programme provides the latest

practices and trends in MEP & Piping education

with the flexibility to explore different areas of

interest.

Teaching methods include Industrial expertise,

exposure, simulations, group projects, and

independent work. Special emphasis is given to

team-based learning, to help students become

more effective team players and leaders.

Students are placed in pre-defined groups and all

efforts are taken to have students from diverse

backgrounds in a group.

A significant part of the MEP training experience

includes interactions with achievers from various

walks of life, who are invited to participate in

seminars, conferences and workshops. Students

acquire practical perspectives through interactions

with experts from various fields, who share their

challenges and draw upon experiences from their

organisations, industries, and markets.

Course Curriculum

The core courses taught in the Academic Programme

cover the basics and fundamentals of MEP and piping

Industries. Students have a full-time course load of four

to five courses, in each of the four core terms. These

courses are taught by a combination of expert faculty

and those visiting from industrial segments. The
