WELSH SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE LCASP 2015: LOW CARBON ARCHITECTURE SUMMER PROGRAMME Academic Year: 2014/2015 Summer School in UK The Faculty of Architectural Engineering, Beirut Arab University, is taking steps towards internationality. After obtaining RIBA I accreditation and sending its staff to participate in international conferences, the faculty is seeking now to train its students through international internship in the highest schools of architecture in Europe. This year, the faculty is pleasured to announce that a group of 22 students accompanying by 3 supervisors traveled to UK to participate in LCASP, Low Carbon Architecture Summer Programme, hosted by Welsh School of Architecture, Cardiff University, Wales, UK. Throughout two weeks, from 25/7 to 8/8, the entire group gained a very useful experience by attending lectures, working in tutorials, and visiting sustainable projects in six British cities; Cardiff, London, Bath, Salisbury, Watford, and Cornwall.
