We’ve convinced the City of Lakewood that it’s a good idea to close down GarrisonStreet at Colfax, just for our car show. We’ve added a second food serving area aswell as a 3600 square foot outdoor hospital ity tent. The beer garden wil l beexpanded and our German nut roaster wil l be onsite again this year (a definitefavorite!).

Last year’s celebration brought 1 200 people to our dealership and we are hoping tosee over 1 500 this year. Hope to see you here!

On April 25th Prestige Imports hosted a party tocelebrate the launch of the all-new 201 4 PorscheCayman. The event featured gift bags for the first1 00 attendees, energetic music, dramatic l ighting,Porsche videos, del icious hors d'oeuvres, asignature cocktai l , and most importantly, theunveil ing of the all new Porsche Cayman.

For the party, the Porsche Showroom wastransformed through the addition of fabrics, tables,and l ighting. There was even a circular barsporting a stunning ice sculpture and bottles of oursignature cocktai l . Porsche Sales Manager DeanBlackwelder welcomed everyone to the event andPorsche Sales Special ists Sean Farshchi andGraham Pearce spent some time talking about thel ineage of the Cayman line and presenting thespectacular new features of the completelyupdated 201 4 Cayman and Cayman S.

In addition to the Cayman that was displayed onthe showroom floor, two other versions pulled up

outside the front doors as the car was unveiled.This al lowed everyone to mingle around the carsand get a good look. Considering theunpredictable nature of spring weather inColorado, the event went off without a hitch.Guests and employees spent time getting to knoweach other and talking about al l things Porsche,and everyone got to spend some quality time withthese extraordinary new vehicles.

With Sincere Gratitude for a Job Well Done...Dear Mr. Adis,

I wanted to take the time out to personally write backto you regarding your letter that I recently receivedabout my car buying experience at Prestige Imports.First and foremost, thank you. You are absolutelycorrect that in today’s automotive marketplace thereare plenty of cars to compare with a wide variety ofoptions and dealerships to purchase from. I alsobelieve in today’s world, people rarely take the timeout to recognize each other or organizations for goodand bad experiences. As someone who used to workin the service industry, I am more than aware of surveyresults and how important they are. Therefore I wantedto take the time to personally tel l you about purchasingmy Audi Q5 3.0 T. Please feel free to share this letterwith those you deem appropriate.

Most 27-year-old females do not purchase a $50,000car on their own. In case you have not figured out yet,I am not most 27-year-old females. I test drove 20different automobiles ranging from $28,000 - $85,000and while I would love to tel l you selecting an Audi wasan easy decision, it was not. I t was however theperfect decision and not only am I more than happywith my selection, I am thri l led that I have joined afamily of other satisfied customers who also lovedriving incredible vehicles. My father has driven andowned some of the world’s most expensiveautomobiles and has purchased Audi’s from PrestigeImports in the past; and therefore, I would never becontent with a car that took me from point A to point B.Why have or be ordinary when extraordinary is in thepicture?

Please know that your management staff and salesassociates are doing a wonderful job. Not only did they

listen to my father’s numerous car stories but theyknew who was buying the car at the end of the day.You have no idea how important this is to me and howmany dealerships forget to acknowledge that womencan drive these cars l ike they were engineered to bedriven and are capable of purchasing a car on theirown. Bruce Kosters and Scott West deserveacknowledgement for going above and beyond myexpectations. While I wish I knew his name, there isanother individual who deserves possibly more kudos.This young man was the first to greet me every singletime I came to the dealership. He was exceptional lypleasant, always smil ing and very wil l ing to help find asales associate. From what I could see, he simplymoved the cars, secured the lot at the close ofbusiness and helped train new individuals on movingthe cars properly. When leaving with my new car, hegenuinely congratulated me and made my day evenbetter. I ’m going to assume that you know who he is,please extend my thank you to him. I look forward tomore Audi events and a continued successfulpartnership.

In March and Apri l of 201 3 Prestige Importshosted the Car Lovin' Critter Photo Contest. Weasked our customers and Facebook fans tosubmit a portrait of their favorite furry friend. Overthe course of the contest 31 photos weresubmitted and 783 votes were cast.

A four pack of tickets to a Colorado Avalanchegame was awarded to Karma and her ownerJenny as a “midway” prize since they led thevoting by a substantial amount at the close ofbusiness on Apri l 6th.

As the contest wound to a close on Apri l 30th thevoting really picked up, and it came down to atwo dog race between Karma and Kula. In theend, Kula and her owner Beverly came out on topby a margin of only 1 6 votes. As the grand prizewinners, Kula and Beverly received a 1 2X1 2custom pet painting by David Kennett of BFF PetPaintings, a local artist special izing in petportraits.

On May 21 st, Kula and Beverly met with PrestigeImports General Manager Justin Adis andreceived their painting from David. Beverly real lyl iked the finished piece and said she had aperfect spot for it in her house.

On Saturday, June 1 st, Prestige Imports held one ofour biggest events of the year – our 3rd AnnualMountain Tour. Once again, we had enoughparticipants to break the drive up into five groups andhad the Lakewood Police Department on hand tousher each group through the stop light here at Colfaxand Garrison.

The day started bright and early with a quick check-inat the tent in front of the Audi showroom, fol lowed by abreakfast of Santiago’s Burritos and giant cinnamonrol ls. After breakfast, the five drive groups pulled awayfrom the dealership at ten minute intervals from9:00AM to 9:40AM.

The groups proceeded West on 6th Avenue and thenfol lowed Highway 93 to the Golden Gate Canyonturnoff. After making their way up Clear Creek CanyonRoad the groups merged onto the Peak to PeakHighway. The Peak to Peak highway led the driversthrough the towns of Roll insvi l le, Nederland and Ward.Just past the town of Ward, our intrepid travelers madea hard right turn and proceeded down LefthandCanyon toward Boulder. After winding their way downthe canyon, the drivers turned right onto Olde StageRoad, fol lowed by Lee Hil l Drive. Once reaching thenorthern edge of Boulder, the route turned right ontoBroadway and proceeded through town, past the PearlStreet Mall and then past the University of Coloradocampus. After leaving the town via Highway 93, thedrivers were able to push their speedometers back upto highway speeds for the trip down to Golden andthen final ly back to Lakewood.

Upon returning to the dealership, the drivers found thatPrestige Imports General Manager Justin Adis and hisDad, Don, had the barbecue gri l ls fired up and werebusy fl ipping half-pound Angus burgers and turninggourmet brats. The lunch spread also included veggieburgers, baked beans, salads, chips, cookies anddrinks.

After eating lunch in either of the showrooms, thedrivers were able to get a closer look at the newmodels from Porsche and Audi and talk a l ittle shopwith the Prestige Imports associates who were onhand to help with the event.

Al l in al l , the 201 3 Mountain Tour was a resoundingsuccess with beautiful weather, excellent cars, a funroute, and outstanding food! All of us here at PrestigeImports had a truly exceptional experience and arealready looking forward to next year.

Meet the Prestige Imports Sales Team

I am a fifth generation Colorado native. I simply could not envision l iving anywhereelse in the world. I lead the proto-typical Colorado lifestyle of skiing, mountain biking,hiking and running. I have been married to my college sweetheart Lisa for thirteenyears and we have two wonderful daughters, Lindsey and Brynn, who are twelve andnine. Most of my free time is spent coaching their basketball teams. The mostamazing experience ever is to watch a child real ize a passion for something and thenwatch them work hard to grow and improve at it.

My loyalty to the Audi brand is quite similar. What original ly drew me to the brand wasAudi’s progressive attitude towards developing and engineering the world’s mostsuperior cars. I have been with Audi since 1 999 and with Prestige Imports since 2001 .I feel that my friends and co-workers are indeed my extended family. Most of us havebeen working together for years and years. All of us realize how important it is to havethat commitment to our customers and to provide them with the best customer servicepossible. We understand how fortunate we are to find ourselves in a position torepresent the automobile company of the future. We wil l never lose sight of thatcommitment and wil l always continue to strive to grow and learn to meet ourcustomers’ needs.

Of al l the vehicles Audi has produced, my favorite of al l time is the masterpieceknown as the 201 3/1 4 Audi S6. To me, this car is the embodiment of everything thatmakes Audi the world’s most innovative car manufacturer – style, speed, comfort andclass leading technology all come together in this display of automotive perfection.

I enjoy alot about working at Prestige Imports: the products are sensational and inspiring, I have a lotof awesome repeat customers, there is a family l ike atmosphere, our great management teammake it fun to do business, but best of al l we take care of our customers and do the rightthing, which results in a very enjoyable work environment. My most favorite Audi ever is aSprint Blue 2007-2008 RS4 because it is the pure essence of what makes an Audi an Audi.I t’s a gem with Quattro al l-wheel drive, bui lt exclusively by Quattro gmbh, 4 doors, S-button,exquisitely understated, aluminum space frame, dynamic ride control, 420 horse power and a4.2 l iter engine. I get more excited driving and sell ing that car than any other Audi. Picking afavorite Porsche is a l ittle harder, there are so many to choose from, but I think I prefer the 959made from 1 986-1 989. I think it was one of the most forward thinking cars ever built. The carsti l l seems modern and offers performance that some modern exotics sti l l can’t compete with.I t came equipped with ahead of its time nuances like air suspension and a massive peaktorque ban for about 1 800 RPMs up through 5000 RPMs. I also l ike the styl ing of the 993 withits quintessential 5 dials and the tachometer front and center. The classic 911 rear engine isjust an absolute masterpiece!

I love the mountains, ski ing, biking and am a sports fan, namely NFL football (Go Dolphins!)and I am an avid boxing fan. I play the mandolin and guitar – including a gorgeous 1 976Martin D-28 Rosewood and a custom made A-5 mandolin with a carved spruce top and flamemaple back and sides. Most of al l I just love to spend time with my lovely wife, six year olddaughter and our Akita!

I am a Colorado native and have worked at Prestige Imports for almost eight years and in theautomotive business for eight and a half years. I truly enjoy working with people, getting toknow them, and giving them the best experience I can. Over the course of my life I havebought and leased several cars and I know what I didn’t l ike about those experiences so I tryvery hard not to do those things. Working in the automotive industry is a second career forme; previously I spent many years in the label printing industry in positions ranging fromSales, Production Management, Sales Management, VP of Operations, VP of Sales, andGeneral Manager. I made the switch in careers because I have always loved cars and enjoyedsell ing – I real ly enjoy sell ing Audi vehicles. I real ly love the brand. My favorite Audi is the R8but my favorite “real istic” Audi is the S4. I keep wishing Audi would bring the S4 Avant to theUS. When I am not working my wife, Peggy, and I enjoy travell ing. We’ve been on sail ingvacations in the Caribbean, a few trips to Europe, Belize, and travelled quite a bit in the US. Ialso really enjoy spending time with my family – both my daughters are married and I havefour grandchildren, two boys and two girls.

I am very new to the Prestige Imports family, I started May 29, 201 3, but I have been in theautomobile industry since 1 985 because I love the people. My favorite vehicle has to be the1 986 Porsche 930 Turbo Slant Nose. I am original ly from Hermosa Beach, California butmoved to Highlands Ranch, Colorado 1 5 years ago. I am married to my amazing wife Joy andwe have two beautiful daughters, Carl ie, who is 20 and attends UNC for Nursing, and Riley,who is 1 7, and is a senior at Mountain Vista High School. We love going back to California andhanging out on the beach with our old friends. When I am not working I am usually hangingout with my family or going to the gym.

I started at Prestige Imports in 1 978 in the parts department, I was then recruited to theservice department where I was a Service Writer for ten years, fol lowing that I was asked tojoin the sales force. I t was difficult to put into words the experience of working at the samedealership for so many years. There are so many good memories of fel low employees andclients it is hard to recall them. The best part about Prestige Imports has been the customers– some of which I have sold parts, serviced and sold them cars. There are famil ies who havebought twenty cars – their loyalty to me and the brand has been truly amazing. I t’s hard to picka favorite Audi because they are all so great. A few of my favorites include the Audi Coupe,4000 Quattro (I ’ve owned a total of seven), the first 1 996 Pearl White Audi in Colorado (Iinvited my wife to the dealership and surprised her with it), and of the new carsRit’s just toohard to choose. I guess the best ones are the four I currently own.

I have been married for twenty eight years to the most fabulous, creative woman – she hasbeen a blessing in my life. We have four children, ages 24-37, and four grand children. When Iam not at work or spending time with my family I enjoy the Colorado high country, travelingEurope, and spending time on Whidbey Island in Puget Sound.

A Friendly Face Around the Dealership

Since joining the Prestige Imports family Stephen hasbecome the kind of customer who sometimes stopsby the dealership just to say hi and have a cup ofcoffee (he is also the kind of guy who carries his ownceramic mug). According to Stephen, “I started out asa customer and now I truly feel l ike they are friends.”

Stephen currently drives a Porsche Cayenne Turbowhich he chose because “it is the best engineeredperformance SUV available” and the bestperformance machine that he has ever driven. Healso l ikes how stable the vehicle is in the mountainsduring our cold and icy Colorado winters.

Stephen purchased both his Cayenne and a pre-owned Subaru for his son from Prestige Imports. Hestates, “The reason I purchased vehicles fromPrestige Imports, first and foremost, is the people; itstarts with the General Manager, [Justin Adis], andthe sales staff; they are the best in thebusiness.[R]The service staff is great also; they bendover backwards to help out and keep [me] informedas to any service issue.”

In addition to being a friendly face that pops by thedealership occasionally Stephen also enjoysattending Prestige Imports events. He has attendedtwo Mountain Tours and last year’s Day at the Track.Stephen indicated that the events are always a lot offun, but that the track day was one of the mostexciting events he’s ever attended.

In his free time Stephen is a family man who loves toski and bike in the mountains – and his CayenneTurbo is perfect for his l ifestyle. He states, “I get somestrange looks from people when they are chugging upa mountain pass and we cruise by with a ful l car loadof people and four bikes on the back.”

Stephen had this to say in closing, “Overal l , myexperience with Prestige Porsche Audi has beenunmatched by any car buying or service experience, Ifrequently recommend the dealership to my friendsand acquaintances, and that is the best compliment Ican offer.”

We Are a Two Audi family...

The reason we purchased our Audi Q7 is because

we have a family of four (plus a fairly large golden

retriever!) and we love to head up to the mountains

every weekend during ski season to ski and

snowshoe. We are a very active family and we love

to go camping, hiking and mountain biking during

the summer. We are also always needing the Q7's

huge 4.2 l iter engine to haul a trai ler and/or carry 4-

7 passengers and all of their gear.

We had leased an Audi A4 from Prestige Imports

several years ago and were SO impressed with

their high quality customer service that when it

came time to lease another vehicle, we returned to

Prestige Imports to lease our new Audi A6. Our

boys insisted on "helping us" with this new decision

and suggested that we check out other dealerships

(BMW, Lexus, McDonald Audi) but we kept circl ing

back to Prestige Imports based upon their

selection/price and level of service. This was the

first time that my husband could actual ly choose the

"company car" that HE wanted vs. one being

distributed to him, and all he wanted was the sleek

A6 in the gorgeous dark blue with brown leather

interior! I t is perfect for carting his cl ients around

and he absolutely loves the storage capacity (not to

mention the abil ity to secretly tuck his skis into the

trunk when he can steal away from work!)

During one of my most recent visits to Prestige

Imports, I happened to have my golden retriever

with me in the Q7 and bumped into Heather

Pridemore. She asked if she could take a picture of

Kula in front of a gorgeous R8 in the showroom for

their "Dogs love Cars" on Pinterest and Facebook.

Shortly after that photo op, Heather told me about

the "Car Loving Critter Contest" and we of course

submitted our picture of Kula hanging out of my Q7!

She won the contest, after an intense social media

battle with another dog who had entered the

contest, and we now have a BEAUTIFUL painting of

our Kula hanging in our home, thanks to Prestige

Imports and the talented painter, David Kennett!

We are a two Audi family and can't wait to someday

afford an Audi S5 convertible to add to the family: )

Shopping at Prestige Since Before It Was Prestige

As a child growing up in Colorado, Rick was atypical boy, always playing with his l ittle toy cars (hesti l l has some of them). As a teenager he told hisparents that he wanted to get a Porsche, and for 20years he found one in his stocking every Christmasmorning. His love for the Porsche brand wascemented in 1 968 when he saw the movie GrandPrix. Rick recalls that in his high school days, “carswere everything,” to him and his friends. Since hecouldn’t afford his own car, he put racing stripes onhis mom’s VW Beetle.

As a college student in Boulder he sti l l couldn’t quiteafford a Porsche, so he opted for the next bestthing, his own VW Beetle. According to Rick he wasconstantly tinkering and modifying the VW and italmost looked like it had a Porsche engine. He wasso in love with cars, and the sounds they made, thathe would take the Bug for drives and record theengine harmonics as he powered through the gears.He would record the tape at 7/8th and then play itback at 3/4th – playing it back at 3/4th really had theil lusion of sounding l ike a race car and Rick loved it.

Rick was sti l l a col lege kid when he drove his firstPorsche, he actual ly test drove it here at PrestigeImports when the dealership was named Bob

Hagestad Porsche. He test drove the 911 S and herecalls being impressed with the speed, even in 1 stgear. Rick recalls fondly and vividly that during thetest drive the salesman had him pull over,commenting that he was going to show him how thecar could real ly handle. The salesman got thevehicle up to 1 25 mph, took his hands off thesteering wheel, and slammed on the brakes.According to Rick the 911 came to a ful l stopcompletely under control. Needless to say he wasimpressed.

Rick didn’t buy the 911 S that day but since then hehas owned several Porsche vehicles. He bought hisfirst Porsche in 1 994, a 1 984 Porsche Targa. Whenhe decided it wasn’t a good track car he purchaseda 1 977 911 equipped with a rol l bar. The 1 977 911race car was the first Porsche Rick purchased fromPrestige Imports, and all of his Porsche vehicleshave been purcahsed here since then. Rick hasprocured two 911 s through the Porsche EuroDelivery program – one trip with his son and thesecond with his wife. As he describes driving on theAutobahn he recalls, “[the 911 ] didn’t drive anydifferent at 1 50 mph than it did at 60 mph.” On theEuro Delivery that Rick experienced with his wife,they drove all over Europe truly enjoying the many

miles they put on their new C4S. I t was on that tripthat Rick was able to make his dream of visitingCarcassonne a reality. The walled city has narrowstreets barely big enough for a single vehicle andthe only cars permitted to drive through the city arethe guests of the hotel. For Rick it was anunforgettable experience and he highlyrecommends the Euro Deliver program to anyoneconsidering ordering a new Porsche.

Most people probably think of Rick as a Porscheguy. He’s had a love of the Porsche brand since hewas a young boy and he’s the current President ofthe Rocky Mountain Region Porsche Club ofAmerica (Rick has been a member of the club since1 998, ironical ly enough his college buddy and fel lowPorsche enthusiast, Randy Hoch was the Presidentwhen he first joined). While he won’t deny that he’sa Porsche guy, Rick is also an Audi guy. The firstAudi he ever purchased was from PrestigeImports,an Audi Fox GTI , in 1 970. Since then hehas owned a couple of S6s, a TT, an A4, an A6, andan S5 he purchased for his wife.
