Innovating to Win“Working with the world’s biggest search engine provider always requires differentiation and innovation. The internet is so dynamic; we are expected to think on our feet and be ahead of the change.”

Our partnership with the world’s biggest search engine started with a small group of Managing Directors and Senior Managers in the US piloting a small project for them. We knew we could really make a difference and true enough, after just two years of hard work and perseverance, our team grew the business significantly. Today, there are 2,000 Accenture resources working in 12 different locations around the globe, developing new and meaningful capabilities for our client in the internet space.

Our team in the Philippines provides customer care and technical support for this client’s different products and services. We also perform incubation and testing of moonshot ideas that the market has yet to see. When we completed the transition stage for them we were still, in many ways, educating the client on what outsourcing really is and how it works. Now, they know and appreciate exactly what we do for them and how we help them innovate more and grow their business further. This is already a big win because it’s important for us is to maintain our client’s trust and confidence.

Ann Mae Dimamay is the Service Delivery Operations Senior Manager supporting the world’s largest search engine provider’s Customer Care Operations since 2013.
