Visit Military One Source: www.militaryonesource.mil

Click on “Menu” on the top right-hand side of your screen

Under “Quick Access” click the link “MWR Library”

Next, click the red hyperlink that reads: Morale, Welfare and Recreation Digital Library

Scroll through the MWR Digital Library Resources until you reach the product: EBSCO Learning Express. Click on the hyperlink

Use the login screen to login to your account. If you don’t have an account created you, you can register using the hyperlink on the right-hand side of your screen
