The Rural Life Centre is a country life museum, set in over ten acres of field, woodland and barns.
Our exhibits comprise of a large number of implements and devices marking over 150 years of farming. Many aspects of village and rural life are
also displayed in realistic individual settings. There is so much to explore!
The museum is open Wednesday to Sunday (plus Bank Holiday Mondays) between 10am and 5pm.
There is plenty of free parking and the museum has a children's play area, arboretum, gift shop and picnic areas. For refreshments, home cooked meals, light bites and a wonderful selection of cakes why
