Since 2012 Ryan has audited insurance companies and now works as a national Insurance Industry Specialist providing training and technical assistance to CRA staff.

Jeff Gilbert has worked in the auditing field for over 16 years and is a Principal with the Office of the Auditor General of Manitoba After becoming a CPA, CA Jeff furthered his forensic knowledge by obtaining training in forensic auditing, leading to a Diploma in Investigative Forensic Accounting and obtaining the Certified in Financial Forensics credential. Dale Yule- Director of Events and Catering

Dale has close to 40 years of experience and a true love of his industry. He is truly a Distinguished Alumni. He graduated from Hotel and Restaurant Administration at RRC, and began his hospitality career at the exclusive Manitoba Club where he received his fine dining training over the next two years. His positions have included one of Winnipeg’s top restaurateurs, Heinz Kattenfeld. He worked at Bombolini’s, Amici’s and helped launch Amici Catering. Dale Yule has had a career at the Café of the Four Season hotel in Vancouver, where he was quickly promoted to supervisor in this 5 diamond property. Through the Yokohama Country and Athletic Club in Japan, he worked for foreign businessmen doing business in Asia. He learned Japanese while gaining this valuable experience. He returned home to Manitoba in 1999 when his old friends Heinz and Joanna Kattenfeld opened Tavern in the Park. In October of 2003, he took over from Heinz and Joanna as owner and manager. Even as a business owner, he continues his education. He is currently in the second level of the Sommelier course through the Banville & Jones Wine Institute. 2010 to 2018 Director of Catering and Events at The Gates on Roblin 2018 present Director of Catering and Events at Winnipeg Squash Racquet Club.

Sophia Ponce graduated from Red River College’s Business Administration program (CPA Stream). She handles the full cycle accounting for multiple clients on a month-to-month basis. Her clients vary from hotels to restaurants to professional services, which allows her to experience how to account for different businesses. Adam Kalechyn is a 2010 Business Administration – Finance graduate of RRC. He has worked at BMO since graduating, holding increasingly senior roles in both retail and commercial banking. Currently, he works as a Senior Relationship Manager, providing business banking services to mid-market clients in the Commercial Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Cash Flow Lending spaces. He will be graduating with a post-diploma Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting from Athabasca University in March of 2019. He met his BMO hiring contact at his Directions conference in 2010.

Kendra has had the opportunity to work in various roles with increasing responsibilities over the years in business operations, financial reporting, valuations, financial advisory and auditing during her career.
