Tim Austin is a graduate of Red River College’s Business Administration program and has his CGA. As the Manager of Taxation and Finance, his office is responsible for preparing the departmental budgets, yearend reporting, financial projections as well as day to day operations of the Local Improvement, Tax Installment Payment Plan, Enforcement and Collections, Balancing, and Customer Services Areas. Tim also works on analysis of Assessment and Taxation policies and supervises the billing and collection of $1 billion dollars in property and business taxes.

I started with St. John's in 1998 as an outside sales representative, and have held positions as store manager (Saskatoon), purchasing manager, and currently general manager (since 2006). Our company is a mixture of retail sales and institutional sales to school boards and community organizations across Canada. Kelly started with the Agency in April 2000 as a term employee at the Winnipeg Tax Centre; working various jobs in the Client Services department. Kelly was a phone agent on the General Enquiries phone lines and the E-services Help line; and she processed client requested re-assessments. She came to the Winnipeg Tax Services Office in October 2005. Kelly worked as a Collections Contact Officer; then subsequently as a Collections Officer as of 2011. Kelly began regular ROCCO work in January 2017. Over the years, in addition to her regular duties, Kelly has facilitated many training courses and information
sessions for her peers and Management; and was a Mentor in the Aboriginal Tax Officer Apprenticeship Program (ATOAP).
Linda Howes Senior Forensic Accountant Government of Canada Linda Howes has thirty years of office, accounting and auditing experience. She has volunteered in various capacities on the boards of various non-profits organizations. She obtained her CGA designation and Bachelor of Accounting Science degree in 2004, her Certified Fraud Examiner designation in 2006, CAMS designation in 2015 and CFF designation in 2016. She obtained a second honours bachelor degree, in Criminal justice, also in 2016. As a senior forensic accountant Linda provides financial analysis to law enforcement agencies that can be used in a court of law. She has been called upon to testify as an expert witness in court. Forensic accounting involves accounting, auditing, investigation techniques and law. Linda has worked on cases involving proceeds of crime/money laundering cases as well as Ponzi schemes, security fraud, construction fraud, corruption of public officials, conspiracy, drug trafficking and murder. Jonathon Weber Keeyask Lead Project Accountant, Project Services Manitoba Hydro Jonathon Weber attended Red River College taking Business Administration and graduated in 2007. Upon graduation, he transferred to the University of Manitoba through the Joint Program with the Asper School of Business. In 2009 he completed his undergrad degree in Commerce from Asper with a major in Accounting. Jonathon started with Manitoba Hydro upon graduation from Asper and was hired into the Commerce Career Development Program. While going through his rotations through the program, in which he had the opportunity to get work experience in four (4) different key areas in the Corporate Controller Division, Jonathon was enrolled in the CMA Strategic Leadership Program to attain his professional accounting designation. Tiffany hopes to pursue her CHRP in the future and is currently a member of The University of Manitoba Human Resource Association (UMHRA).
