Accredited Coach Practitioner Training – CMI Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring

This structured qualification programme is rigorous in its design to ensure that coaching standards, ethics and best practice are learned and understood which will equip you in building confidence, competence and credibility to be able to coach people with different goals and issues and at all levels and professions.

We have designed this programme to meet the requirement to learn on a 121 basis with your tutor using zoom or other virtual medium. This enables the programme to be both flexible and structured and to be completed within a timescale relevant and realistic for you.

There are two parts to this programme. The first part requires you to undertake the training through Noble Learning to achieve a good standard of skills and ability to coach others and to demonstrate competence at this level of qualification. This includes:

• Training / coaching sessions to develop skills and competence in coaching and or mentoring• 12 hours of evidenced formal coaching with three individuals you don’t know well (not friends or family

because the less you know about someone the easier it is to coach them)• Completed learning logs to reflect on each of your coaching sessions • Coaching Supervision / tutorials to support you with your on-going coaching practice and assignment

completion
