The latest version of AccuMark also offers

operators the ability to use longer file

names. It supports piece, model, marker

and order names up to 50 characters in

length and size names up to 30 characters

in length. This enables users to assign more

precise names to files and makes it easier to

convert pattern and marker data from a

variety of CAD systems.

Automate and error proof production planning with powerful tools.

With AccuMark’s Easy Plan module, users

can automate production planning. Simply

input the details of a work order, including

all sizes, colors and quantities desired.

AccuMark then calculates the number of

markers required for the job.

To accelerate and error proof the production

process even further, AccuMark generates a

bar code that contains the file name, material

type and number of plies needed for the

spread. Spreader and cutter operators can

then easily scan the bar code to locate the

correct file to be spread and cut.

bookmark function within pattern design

vendors and can revert to a previously saved

pattern at any time.

New grading functionality enables users to

grade a line by length, rather than

traditional X and Y movements, and

perform mathematical operations on

grading values. Users can also see and

precisely control graded piece

measurements using enhanced

measurement charts.

And, the latest version of AccuMark enables

users to take advantage of multiple work

areas to compare markers side by side and

edit multiple markers simultaneously.
