Recirculating Pallet System – flexible andwear-resistantThe recirculating pallet system ismanufactured using standard mk components and is thereforeextremely flexible and adaptable.In addition, it features extremelylow friction and is nearly main-tenance-free. Due to the modularconstruction, changes to meetspecific production requirementsare relatively simple.
The system with tempered steelchain in a width of 190 mm mayonly have a total length of 10 m.The maximum load is approx. 25 kg per workpiece holder andup to 500 kg depending on thelength.
Continuously recirculating palletsThe pallets are routed back in theunder through of the belt auto-matically. Thanks to the specialshape of the Pallets that encom-passes the flat top chain, the holders are pulled along as thechain returns.
Lift stations and equipment to return the Palletss are no longerrequired. The Palletss are pulledalong in the tails from start to finish of the conveyor belt byfriction through integrated camdisks made of high-strength plastic.
The weight of the Pallets them-selves pulls them along both on the upper through and sus-pended in the under through.Depending on the arrangementof the processing stations, thePallets automatically stop at anypoint of the belt and are releasedagain for further transport.
The individual Pallets of the system have shortened cleats.Gaps then appear on the outsi-des that are used by stops andsorters to engage the holders. Its great flexibility in design pri-
marily speaks for the use of flatbelts as assembly components in production. The conveyorspeed can be up to 15 m/min.depending on the product beingtransported.
