ACE Secure Browser Quick Start Guide

ACE Secure Browser is a user friendly, secure application that protects your company while accessing

bank information and services.

Early preparation for the move from AC Direct to ACE will make the process more efficient and

successful. We recommend that you begin ahead of the “Go Live” date by installing the ACE Secure

Browser on each user’s computer. Administrative privileges a required for this installation. By

performing this task early, this will allow you to schedule IT support as needed.

Before starting the installation of ACE Secure, ensure you have the following:

• Internet connection

• Administrative privileges on the computer where ACE will be installed

Installation

1. Click the link below to start the download.

*If you have a Windows 64bit machine, contact Treasury Services Support at tss@atlcapbank.com.

2. Click Run to start the download and display the Setup Wizard.

3. Click Finish to exit the Setup Wizard.

4. To complete the installation, the computer will need to be re-started. Click Yes to restart now.

Once the computer re-starts, a new Icon will be displayed.

5. Click on the Atlantic Capital Exchange desktop icon to verify ACE Secure has been

successfully installed.

STOP HERE

The Activation Key will be forwarded to the Company Administrator for your business to be

distributed to each user. Once you have received your Activation Key, you may proceed to

the Registration instructions on the following page.

NOTE: If you receive a big red screen, please contact your IT support for assistance with the

installation. This indicates that the user did not have administrative rights to the

computer to complete the installation.

Once the Go Live date has arrived, you will be able to complete registration to ACE.

Registration

Before starting ACE Secure user registration, ensure you have the following:

• ACE Secure has been successfully installed

• Activation Key

Locate the ACE Secure icon on your desk top to complete user registration.

Double click on the icon to continue.

1. Place the cursor next to the word Enter. The Activation Key will be provided to each user using

ACE. Type the eight (8) characters, alphanumeric key, then click the arrow to move to the

next page.

NOTE: All letters provided for the Activation Key must be entered in upper case.

Save the Activation Key in a secure place. This key will allow you to download and

access ACE from up to three (3) devices.

2. Create your PIN.

The PIN must be 6 to 12 alphanumeric characters with at least one letter and one number.

Next re-type the PIN selected to verify your PIN, then, click the arrow to continue.

3. Next select to receive verification codes via Email or SMS message, then click the arrow to

continue to the next page.

NOTE: The email and/or cell phone to receive SMS messages must be included in the user

profile set up by the bank or company administrator. Message and data rates may

apply for this option.

To activate SMS messaging to your cell phone, you must complete the reply to a test

message sent by the bank or company administrator to activate this service.

Respond to the test as instructed in the message to activate SMS messaging.

4. A six (6) digit Verification Code will be sent to authenticate the set up. This Verification Code

can only be used one time and will be sent to either the email address or cell phone via text

message based on the selection in step 9.

Once your Verification Code has been entered, click the arrow to complete authentication.

Just enter the PIN you created and click LOGIN and you are there.

You are now ready to begin using ACE!
