Born in 1991 in the heart of Dubai, Ace was established with a vision to make a mark on the emerging interiors landscape of Dubai. For over 24 years, we have continued to provide excellence in the interiors and retail industry.

We have satisfied clients with widely variable projects and requirements and received accolades for our service in developing hotels, restaurants, bars/lounges, malls, retail outlets, offices, villas, kiosks, podiums, exhibition stalls and independent furniture.

Today, Ace is at its best, poised for growth and diversified into below-the-line advertising and bespoke visual merchandising. In our new venture, we renew our commitment and strict focus on delivering the highest quality

to meet the demands of our clients.

And no matter how big we become, we treat all projects, from the smallest to the most ambitious, with the same level of diligence and excitement. With over 100 employees, 12 workstations, state-of-the-art joinery machines and dry and wet paint booths, Ace is equipped unlike most of its competitors to handle nearly all the challenges faced by most fabrication companies.

• Creative Design - Our team of talented creatives and designers take brand merchandising objectives and turn them intoinnovative retail and advertising solutions that give the brand the boost they are looking for. We think outside the boxand make things possible. Our design services include concept design, technical drawings and sustainable designensuring cost effectiveness and compliance with brand and mall guidelines.

• Window Displays - A window display augments the retail experience of a customer. Conservative, chic, outlandish,controversial, seasonal or minimalist - we have done them all. Each display requires attention to detail, exquisitecraftsmanship and a flair for the creative. This is where we truly shine.

• Podiums - A temporary podium brings a flurry of enthusiasm towards the brand. Mall podiums are designed as focal points of customer interest wherein quality is successfully married with creative attraction. The backdrop of a good podium enhances the brand’s products and its vision as it snatches more of the customer’s mind share. We design and produce podiums for malls and outdoor locations from 3m to 20m and provide overnight installation support across the UAE.

• Kiosks - Kiosks remain our expertise as we masterfully craft and install the most common and ubiquitous means of displaying products and brand merchandise. From the standard kiosks to custom-designed award-winners, we have done them all. Whether it’s the next big challenge or the next high volume iteration, we excitedly await our next assignment.

Project Management

Our project management covers briefing, budget control, design review, and approval procedures, documentation, procurement and construction.

Ace methodology is simply procuring each aspect of its project and understanding the overall time constraints of the project and the critical lead times involved in each stage of project delivery, including preparing and certifying design documentation,preparation of packages, contracts, materials and equipment supply and site mobilization, “move in” and operational and interface issues.

Ace understands the expansive nature of its role in any project and the importance of effective project planning and management.

Ace’s role as project manager is crucial to ensuring appropriate sequencing and the overall build ability of the project.

The Build progress is monitored at weekly meetings followed, issuing weekly progress reports on the physical site conditions (including pictures) and weekly forecast of works to our clients.

We believe that the way the Ace and client relationship is managed should be an example to your wider stakeholder group and are proposing that we adopt a structured project management methodology underpinned by a robust governance structure.
