2ACI marina price list 2015

This price list includes all nautical services rendered by ACI marinas and is effective from January 1st, 2015. Prices are in EUROS and include a 25% Value Added Tax.

Other services not encompassed by this price list but offered in ACI marinas are charged by separate marinas price lists. Internal price lists of different ACI marinas are the integral part of this price list.

ACI reserves the right to change the price list without prior notice.

ACI marinas ACI incorporates 22 marinas and 1 buoy anchorage. 18 ACI marinas are open all year round while other 4 and the anchorage operate only during the season.

ACI marinas open all year round: ACI Umag, ACI Rovinj, ACI Pula, ACI Pomer, ACI Opatija, ACI Cres, ACI Supetarska Draga, ACI imuni, ACI Jezera, ACI Vodice, ACI Skradin, ACI Trogir, ACI Split, ACI Milna, ACI Vrboska, ACI Korula, ACI Veljko Barbieri Slano and ACI Dubrovnik.

Seasonal ACI marinas and the anchorage (open from April 1st until October 31st): ACI Rab, ACI ut, ACI ut anchorage, ACI Pikera and ACI Palmiana

BerthsAccording to availability, ACI marinas offer the following berth categories: daily, monthly, semi-annual (winter season), semi-annual (summer season), nine-month (ACI marina Skradin) and annual berths, as well as daily, half-monthly (ACI marina Dubrovnik), monthly, semi-annual (winter season), semi-annual (summer season) and annual storage on land.

Consumption of electricity

Berths without consumption counter

For all boats, electricity consumption for standard boat purposes is included in the price in all ACI marinas.

Berths with consumption counter

ACI marina Dubrovnik offers a prepaid method of payment on berths with consumption counters.

Consumption of water For all boats, water consumption for standard boat purposes is included in the berth price in all ACI marinas.

Water consumption for boat washing is charged according to the other services price list depending on the boat length.

Stopping at the marina for filling water tanks is charged according to the internal price lists of each ACI marina.

All ACI marinas supply water and electricity in accordance with their technical capabilities. Restriction in electricity or water supplies does not constitute grounds for price reduction.

Prices This price list contains separate tables with prices for all berth and storage on land categories, based on the periods for each ACI marina. Prices are based on the vessels length over all (L. o. a.). Exception is made in case of annual, nine-month, semi-annual (winter season) and semi-annual (summer season) berth prices, where the price is determined by the vessels length over all and the vessels width.

ACI reserves the right to check the reported dimensions of the vessel. In case if the reported length of a boat does not comply with the measurement, ACI reserves the right to charge a different price based on the length (L. o. a.) and width obtained by the performed measurements.

Catamarans and trimaransFor multihulls, all berth and storage on land fees shall be increased by 50%. Exception is made in ACI marinas ut and Pikera, in which daily berth for multihulls is increased only in the period from July 18th till August 22nd and in ACI marina Palmiana in which daily berth for multihulls is increased by 30% during April and October.


Charter activity The annual berth rental fee for boats used for charter purposes will be increased by 20% in ACI marinas Trogir, Split and Dubrovnik, while in other ACI marinas, except in ACI marina Cres, the annual berth rental fee will be increased by 15%.

Charter companies who have stipulated annual berth contracts for 10 and more charter boats within the ACI marinas can submit an application for instalment payments of annual berth fees to the ACI Nautical department.

By-boats (auxiliary boats) The berth fee for by-boat (auxiliary boat) is not charged when the auxiliary boat is berthed by the main boat. When a by-boat (auxiliary boat) uses a separate berth place, and the owner is holder of an annual berth contract, the owner is obligated to sign a separate contract for the by-boat and the berth fee for the annual, monthly or daily berth or storage on land amounts to 50% of the commercial berth price. Signing an annual contract for the by-boat does not entitle the owner to the separate ACI Card. When a by-boat (auxiliary boat) uses a separate berth place, and the main boat is not using an annual berth in ACI marina, the valid price list for a daily berth is applied (no discounts allowed).

Berth rental on daily basis

Half-day berth is available with maximal duration of 4 hours and is charged as a half daily berth fee depending on the boats length and according to the price list. Half-day berth can be used no later than 2 pm.

Daily berth package:

k after two consecutive days of stay in ACI marina ut and ACI marina Pikera, the third day of daily berth is included in price

Boats that approach the marina in the period from 7 a.m. (from the reception opening hours) till 12 p.m. are charged with a fee for daily berth valid till 2 p.m. of the following day. Boats that approach the marina

before 7 a.m. (e.g. in the period from 12 p.m. till 7 a.m. of the same day) are charged the daily berth fee till 2 p.m. of that same day. After 2 p.m. the new daily berth fee is charged.

Daily berth can be reserved by paying in advance via on-line booking application on the official ACI website (www.aci-marinas.com). Berth reservation is charged 30% on the daily berth fee according to the boats length and is paid on a one-time basis during the reservation. Berth reservation is valid for the paid day only and expires when the new daily berth fee is charged.

Berth rental service on monthly basis is rendered in ACI marinas open all year round and in seasonal marina ACI Rab, always depending on the availability in each particular marina.

Semi-annual (winter season) berth rental According to availability, all ACI marinas open all year round in the period from October 1st till March 31st offer a berth rental for 6 months. The price of semi-annual (winter season) berth is half the cost of annual berth in each ACI marina increased by 10%.

Semi-annual (summer season) berth rentalAccording to availability, all ACI marinas open all year round in the period from April 1st till September 30th offer a berth rental for 6 months. The price of semi-annual (summer season) berth is half the cost of annual berth in each ACI marina increased by 30%. Exception is made in ACI marina Opatija where the price of semi-annual (summer season) berth is half the cost of annual berth increased by 20%.

Advance payment needed for the summer season berth service.

Berth rental on nine-month basisACI marina Skradin offers a berth rental on a 9-month basis. The nine-month berth contract can be concluded at any period of the year under condition that the vessel on a nine-month berth must leave the ACI marina Skradin in the period from June 15th till September 15th. If the vessel remains in the ACI marina Skradin during this period, daily or monthly berth rental fees are applied, according to the ACI price list. Nine-month berth rental prices, according to boats length, are listed in a separate table together with other prices for ACI marina Skradin.

Holders of nine-month berth contracts automatically become ACI members and are granted a range of benefits (see ACI Card special benefits paragraph).

Advance payment needed for this service. The contractual service is valid for ACI marina Skradin only.

Berth rental on annual basis

Annual berth contracts are valid for the contractual ACI marina. During the contract period, any eventual change of the marina is possible only with the written approval of the Board and the surcharge if the vessel is moving to the marina of higher price berth category. If the vessel is moving to the marina of lower price berth category the difference in price is not refundable.

Payments for this service have to be effected in advance.

Holders of annual berth contracts automatically become ACI members and are granted a range of benefits (see ACI Card special benefits paragraph).

Annual berth can be reserved by paying in advance 30% of the annual berth price for the desired ACI marina according to the ACI price list. Upon the received confirmation of reservation ACI sends the offer for advance payment to the boat owner. In case of berth cancelation by the boat owner, ACI keeps the paid amount.

Annual land storage contracts are valid for the contractual ACI marina only. Payments for this service have to be effected in advance. Performing secondary activities in the field of small-scale services by natural and legal persons who occasionally come to the concession area of the marina For occasional performance of secondary activities in the field of small scale services (small technical services, photographic services, a variety of craft services, etc.) by natural and legal persons on the concession area of the ACI marina, a daily, monthly or annual fee is charged.

For performing such activities on a daily basis, a daily fee is charged according to the price list while for performing such activities on monthly or annual basis one should submit an application at the ACI marina reception.

Benefits for regatta and flotilla organizersOrganizers of regattas and flotillas are granted a discount on daily berth fee depending on the number of boats as follows:

k up to 15 boats 10% discount

k more than 15 boats 20% discount

Discount is not valid in the period from July 1st to August 31st.

ACI Card special benefits for ACI members The ACI membership card (ACI Card) is granted explicitly to boat owners who have stipulated an annual contract for berth or land storage in any ACI marina or berth contract on 9-month basis in ACI marina Skradin. All charter boats using annual berth in ACI marinas are also entitled to an ACI Card, as well as all ACI Card benefits.

ACI Card holders, upon presentation of the ACI Card, are entitled to the following benefits:

k 20% discount on daily berth rates in all ACI marinas, all year round

k 50% discount on daily and monthly land storage rates are granted to holders of annual berth contracts in their contractual ACI marina or in a different ACI marina depending on the available land storage capacity, all year round

k 3 days of mooring berth free of charge in the contractual marina within contract period for holders of annual land storage contract

k 3 days of land storage free of charge (boat cradles/supports included) in contractual or any other ACI marina within contract period for holders of annual berth contract

k one washing of the boats underwater part with high pressure pump, for holders of annual berth or land storage contract

k one car parking space at the ACI marina parking lot explicitly for the boat owner listed on the contract (subject to availability)

7Die Preisliste aller ACI-Marinas ist ab dem 01. Januar 2015 in Kraft und beinhaltet die Preise aller nautischen Dienstleistungen der ACI-Marinas. Die Preise sind in EUR ausgewiesen, einschlielich 25% MwSt.

Einzelne Dienstleistungen, die sich nicht in dieser Preisliste befinden, aber nach den jeweiligen Mglichkeiten der einzelnen Marina angeboten werden, werden gem der internen Preisliste der betreffenden ACI-Marina berechnet.

Der ACI behlt sich vor, die Preisliste ohne Vorankndigung zu ndern.

Liegepltze

Je nach ffnung und Kapazittsverfgbarkeit bieten die ACI-Marinas folgende Liegeplatz-Kategorien an: Tagesliegepltze, Monatsliegepltze, Halbjahres-Winterliegepltze, Halbjahres-Sommerliegepltze, neunmonatige Liegepltze (ACI-Marina Skradin) und Jahresliegepltze im Wasser, sowie Tagestrockenliegepltze, 15-tgige Trockenliegepltze (ACI-Marina Dubrovnik), Monats-, Halbjahres-Winterliegepltze, Halbjahres- Sommerliegepltze und Jahrestrockenliegepltze.

Liegepltze ohne Verbrauchszhler

Der Stromverbrauch fr den blichen Bedarf eines Wasserfahrzeugs ist im Preis aller Liegeplatzkategorien inbegriffen.

Liegepltze mit Verbrauchszhler

Die ACI-Marina Dubrovnik, die an einigen Liegepltzen ber Verbrauchszhler verfgt, bietet die Mglichkeit des Prepaid-Systems fr den Stromverbrauch.

WasserverbrauchDer Wasserverbrauch fr den blichen Bedarf eines Wasserfahrzeugs ist im Preis aller Liegeplatzkategorien inbegriffen.

Der Wasserverbrauch fr das Waschen eines Wasserfahrzeugs wird entsprechend der Preisliste fr sonstige Dienstleistungen nach Wasserfahrzeuglnge berechnet.

Der Aufenthalt in der Marina zum Fllen der Wassertanks wird gem der internen Preisliste der jeweiligen ACI-Marina berechnet.

Alle ACI-Marinas bieten die Wasser- und Stromversorgung im Einklang mit ihren technischen Mglichkeiten. Eine begrenzte Strom- bzw. Wasserversorgung zieht keine Preisnderungen nach sich.

PreiseDiese Preisliste enthlt die geltenden Preise fr alle Liegeplatzkategorien im Wasser und fr alle Trockenliegepltze. Diese sind in Tabellen, nach bestimmten Zeitrumen, fr jede ACI-Marina getrennt angegeben. Die Dienstleistung wird nach der Wasserfahrzeuglnge ber alles (L. . a.) berechnet, auer bei den Kategorien des Jahresliegeplatzes, des neunmonatigen Liegeplatzes, des Halbjahreswinterliegeplatzes im Wasser und Halbjahressommerliegeplatzes im Wasser, bei denen die Breite des Wasserfahrzeugs den Preis zustzlich bestimmt.

Der ACI behlt sich das Recht vor, Lnge und Breite des Wasserfahrzeugs zu prfen und bei mglichen Abweichungen die Preise laut den tatschlich gemessenen Dimensionen (L. . a.) zu berechnen.

Katamarane und TrimaraneFr Katamarane und Trimarane erhhen sich die Preise fr alle Liegeplatzkategorien oder Landstellpltze um 50%.

Ausnahmen sind die ACI-Marinas ut, Pikera und Palmiana. In den ACI-Marinas ut und Pikera wird fr Katamarane und Trimarane der Aufschlag fr den Tagesliegeplatz nur im Zeitraum vom 18.07. 22.08. berechnet. In der ACI-Marina Palmiana betrgt im April und Oktober der Aufschlag 30% Prozent.

CharterschiffeDie Jahresliegeplatzgebhr fr Wasserfahrzeuge, die fr Charterttigkeiten genutzt werden, erhht sich in den ACI-Marinas Trogir, Split und Dubrovnik um 20% und in den anderen ACI-Marinas, auer in der Marina Cres, um 15%.

Chartergesellschaften, die im System der ACI-Marinas einen Vertrag fr einen Jahresliegeplatz fr 10 und mehr Wasserfahrzeuge zu Charterzwecken abgeschlossen haben, knnen in der Nautikabteilung der ACI d.d. einen Antrag auf Ratenzahlung fr das Jahresliegeplatzentgelt stellen.

BeibooteBeiboote, die sich auf oder neben dem Mutterschiff in der Stamm-Marina oder im Transit befinden, zahlen keine Liegeplatzgebhr. Befindet sich das Beiboot auf einem eigenen Liegeplatz, ist der Schiffseigner und Inhaber eines Jahresliegeplatzvertrags in einer der ACI-Marinas verpflichtet, einen Jahresliegeplatzvertrag fr das Beiboot abzuschlieen. Ein Beiboot zahlt fr Wasser- oder Trockenliegepltze 50% des Jahres-, Monats- und Tagestarife.

Mit dem Abschluss eines Jahresliegeplatzvertrages fr ein Beiboot, hat der Eigner keinen Anspruch auf eine zweite ACI-Card (Mitgliedschaftskarte).

Fr ein Beiboot, das einen eigenen Liegeplatz nutzt, und dessen Mutterschif f keinen Jahresliegeplatzvertrag in einer der ACI-Marinas hat, sondern sich nur im Transit befindet, wird der Tagesliegeplatz laut geltender Preisliste berechnet.

Tages- und Halbtagesliegeplatz

Im Preis inbegriffen:

Ein Halbtagesliegeplatz ermglicht den Aufenthalt von maximal 4 Stunden und gilt bis sptestens 14.00 Uhr. Die Nutzung des Halbtagesliegeplatzes mit den inkludierten Dienstleistungen wird zum halben Preis des Tagesliegeplatzes, entsprechend der Preisliste nach Wasserfahrzeuglnge, berechnet.

Tagesliegeplatzpaket:

k In den ACI-Marinas ut und Pikera ist bei Nutzung und Zahlung von zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagesliegepltzen ein dritter Tag inkludiert

Wasserfahrzeuge, die zwischen 7.00 Uhr (Arbeitsbeginn der Rezeption) und 24.00 Uhr desselben Tages einlaufen, knnen sich, fr die entrichtete Tagesliegeplatzgebhr bis 14.00 Uhr des darauf folgenden Tages in der ACI-Marina aufhalten. Fr Wasserfahrzeuge, die nachts zwischen 24.00 und 7.00 Uhr frh in die Marina einlaufen, gilt die entrichtete Tagesliegeplatzgebhr bis 14.00 Uhr desselben Tages. Ab 14.00 Uhr wird die Tagesliegeplatzgebhr fr einen weiteren Tag verrechnet.

Die Reservierung des Tagesliegeplatzes ist mittels des ACI Online-Buchungssystems auf der ACI-Webseite (www.aci-marinas.com) mglich, wobei eine Vorauszahlung erforderlich ist. Die Reservierungsgebhr betrgt 30% des Tagesliegeplatzpreises nach Wasserfahrzeuglnge und wird einmalig bei der Reservierung gezahlt. Die Reservierung ist nur fr den bezahlten Tag gltig und luft um 14.00 Uhr des darauf folgenden Tages aus.

Monatsliegepltze werden je nach verfgbarer Kapazitt in den ganzjhrig geffneten ACI-Marinas und in der saisonal geffneten ACI-Marina Rab angeboten.

Diese Dienstleistung wird im Voraus bezahlt.

Halbjahres-Winterliegeplatz im Wasser Je nach verfgbarer Kapazitt bieten alle ganzjhrig geffneten ACI-Marinas vom 01. Oktober bis 31. Mrz einen sechsmonatigen Liegeplatzservice.

Fr einen Halbjahres-Winterliegeplatzservice ist der halbe Preis eines Jahresliegeplatzes in der jeweiligen ACI-Marina, erhht um 10%, zu zahlen.


k Wasserliegeplatz




k Eine kostenlose Reinigung des Unterwasser-schiffes mit Hochdruckpumpe

k Ein Parkplatz in der Marina (falls vorhanden) fr den Pkw des Schiffseigners mit einem halbjhrigen Winterliegeplatzvertrag.


Halbjahres-Sommerliegeplatz im Wasser Je nach verfgbarer Kapazitt bieten alle ganzjhrig geffneten ACI-Marinas vom 01. April bis 30. September einen sechsmonatigen Liegeplatzservice.

Fr einen Halbjahres-Sommerliegeplatzservice ist der halbe Preis eines Jahresliegeplatzes in der jeweiligen ACI-Marina, erhht um 30%, zu zahlen. Ausnahme ist die ACI-Marina Opatija, in der fr den Halbjahres-Sommerliegeplatzservice der halbe Preis eines Jahresliegeplatzes, erhht um 20%, zu zahlen ist.

k Eine kostenlose Reinigung des Unterwasser-schiffes mit Hochdruckpumpe

Neunmonatiger Liegeplatz im Wasser Die ACI-Marina Skradin bietet einen neunmonatigen Liegeplatzservice im Wasser. Der Abschluss eines solchen Vertrags ist das ganze Jahr lang mglich, aber nur unter der Bedingung, dass das Wasserfahrzeug in der Zeit vom 15. Juni bis 15. September die Marina verlsst. Sollte sich das Wasserfahrzeug in dem genannten Zeitraum doch in der ACI-Marina Skradin befinden, werden dann entweder Tages- oder Monatstarife laut Preisliste berechnet. Die Preise fr einen neunmonatigen Liegeplatz im Wasser, abhngig von der jeweiligen Lnge des Wasserfahrzeugs, finden Sie in der Preis-Tabelle der ACI-Marina Skradin.


k Wasserliegeplatz




Schiffseigner mit einem abgeschlossenen neunmonatigen Liegeplatzvertrag fr die ACI-Marina Skradin erwerben den Anspruch auf die Mitgliedskarte ACI Card. Bei Vorlage derselben werden ihnen gewisse Vergnstigungen gewhrt.

Diese Dienstleistung wird im Voraus bezahlt. Die vertraglich vereinbarte Dienstleistung gilt nur fr die ACI-Marina Skradin.

JahresliegeplatzIm Preis inbegriffen:

k Wasserliegeplatz




Ein Jahresliegeplatzvertrag gilt fr die vertragliche ACI-Marina. Jeder Wechsel der Marina whrend der Vertragsdauer ist nur mit einer schriftlichen Genehmigung des ACI-Vorstandes mglich. Falls der

Kunde eine ACI-Marina der hheren Preiskategorie auswhlt, ist der Preisunterschied zu zahlen. Wird das Wasserfahrzeug in eine ACI-Marina der niedrigeren Preiskategorie verlegt, wird der Preisunterschied nicht zurckerstattet.

Die Jahresliegeplatzdienstleistung wird im Voraus bezahlt.

Schiffseigner mit einem abgeschlossenen Jahresliegeplatzvertrag fr eine der ACIMarinas, erwerben den Anspruch auf die Mitgliedskarte ACI Card. Bei Vorlage derselben, werden ihnen die mit der ACI Card festgelegten Vergnstigungen gewhrt.

Die Reservierung eines Jahresliegeplatzes kann mit einer Anzahlung von 30% des gesamten Betrags der Jahresliegeplatzgebhr, fr die gewnschte ACI-Marina, laut der geltenden Preisliste fr ACI-Dienstleistungen erfolgen. Nach Erhalt der Reservierungsbesttigung fr einen Liegeplatz in der gewnschten Marina, erstellt die betreffende ACI-Marina das Anzahlungsangebot. Bei Rcktritt von dem reservierten Liegeplatz, behlt der ACI d. d. den Anzahlungsbetrag.

Tagestrockenliegeplatz

Halbmonatiger TrockenliegeplatzDie ACI-Marina Dubrovnik bietet die Mglichkeit eines halbmonatlichen Trockenliegeplatzes in der Dauer von 15 Tagen. Die Preise fr den halbmonatlichen Tagesliegeplatz, gem der jeweiligen Wasserfahrzeuglnge, finden Sie in der Preis-Tabelle der ACI-Marina Dubrovnik.

Fr den halbjhrigen Trockenliegeplatzservice im Sommer wird der halbe Preis eines Jahresliegeplatzes in der betreffenden Marina, erhht um 30%, berechnet. Ausnahme ist die ACI-Marina Opatija, in der fr den halbjhrigen Trockenliegeplatzservice im Sommer der halbe Preis eines Jahresliegeplatzes, erhht um 20%, zu zahlen ist.

Der Jahresvertrag fr den Trockenliegeplatz gilt ausschlielich fr die vertragliche ACI-Marina. Jeder Wechsel der Marina whrend der Vertragsdauer ist nur mit einer schriftlichen Genehmigung des ACI-Vorstandes mglich. Falls der Kunde eine ACI-Marina der hheren Preiskategorie auswhlt, ist der Preisunterschied zu zahlen. Wird das Wasserfahrzeug in eine ACI-Marina der niedrigeren Preiskategorie verlegt, wird der Preisunterschied nicht zurckerstattet.

Schiffseigner mit abgeschlossenem Jahresvertrag fr den Trockenliegeplatz in einer der ACI-Marinas haben Anspruch auf die Mitgliedskarte ACI Card. Bei Vorlage derselben werden ihnen die mit der ACI Card festgelegten Vergnstigungen gewhrt.

Sonstige Dienstleistungen Sonstige Dienstleistungen, die in der Preisliste der ACI-Marinas fr das Jahr 2015 angefhrt sind, beinhalten folgendes:

k Nutzung der Hebevorrichtung fr Masten

k Nutzung des Liegebocks und der Sttzen

k Nutzung von Wasser fr das Waschen des Wasserfahrzeugs

k Zustzliche Dienstleistungen (entsprechend den Mglichkeiten der jeweiligen ACI-Marina).

Ausfhrung von Nebenttigkeiten geringeren Umfangs aus dem Dienstleistungsbereich seitens natrlicher und juristischer Personen, die zeitweilig in das Konzessionsgebiet der Marina kommenFr das zeitweilige Ausben von Nebenttigkeiten geringeren Umfangs aus dem Dienstleistungsbereich (kleinere Services, fotografische Dienstleistungen, verschiedene handwerkliche Dienstleistungen usw.) seitens natrlicher und juristischer Personen, die fr Ttigkeiten geringeren Umfangs zeitweilig in die ACI-Marina kommen, wird ein Tages-, Monats- oder Jahresentgelt berechnet.

Fr das Ausben einer Ttigkeit in der Dauer von einem Tag wird ein Tagesentgelt gem der geltenden Preisliste berechnet, whrend fr das Ausben einer Ttigkeit auf Monats- und Jahresbasis an der Rezeption der Marina ein Antrag gestellt werden muss.

Vergnstigung fr Organisatoren von Regatten und FlottillenOrganisatoren von Regatten und Flottillen, die im Kalender des Kroatischen Segel-verbandes eingetragen sind, wird ein Nachlass fr den Tagesliegeplatz je nach Anzahl der Wasserfahrzeuge wie folgt gewhrt:

k Bis fnfzehn Wasserfahrzeuge 10% Nachlass

k Mehr als fnfzehn Wasserfahrzeuge 20% Nachlass

Der Nachlass kann im Zeitraum vom 01.07. 31.08. nicht gewhrt werden.

ACI Card-Vergnstigungen fr ACI-MitgliederDie ACI Card ist eine Mitgliedskarte, die ausschlielich fr jene Nautiker bestimmt ist, die einen Jahresvertrag in einer der ACI-Marina, oder einen neunmonatigen Liegeplatzvertrag in der ACI-Marina Skradin abgeschlossen haben.

Chartergesellschaften, bzw. Wasserfahrzeuge von Chartergesellschaften, die einen Jahresliegeplatz in den ACI-Marinas haben, haben ebenfalls Anspruch auf eine ACI Card, sowie auf alle mit der ACI Card vorgesehenen Vergnstigungen.

Bei Vorlage der ACI-Card hat der Nutzer des Wasserfahrzeugs Anspruch auf folgende Vergnstigungen:

k 20% Ermigung auf Preise des Tagesliegeplatzes im Wasser in allen ACI-Marinas whrend des Jahres 2015

k 50% Ermigung auf Preise des Tages- und Monatstrockenliegeplatzes wird Inhabern eines Jahresvertrags fr einen Wasserliegeplatz

Il presente listino prezzi valido dal 1. gennaio 2015 e comprende i prezzi di tutti i servizi nautici prestati dallACI. I prezzi sono espressi in EURO e includono il 25% di IVA.

Per alcuni servizi non compresi nel presente listino, che vengono offerti dai marina secondo le proprie possibilit, applicato il listino prezzi interno del singolo ACI marina.

LACI si riserva il diritto di cambiare i prezzi del presente listino senza preavviso.

I marina ACINel sistema ACI operano 22 marina e 1 ancoraggio. Di questi, 18 sono aperti tutto lanno, mentre gli altri 4 e lancoraggio sono stagionali.

OrmeggiSecondo lapertura e la disponibilit, i marina ACI offrono le seguenti categorie di ormeggio: giornaliero, mensile, semestrale (invernale), semestrale (estivo), della durata di nove mesi (ACI marina Skradin) e annuale in mare, nonch quello a terra - giornaliero, di 15 giorni (ACI marina Dubrovnik), mensile, semestrale (invernale), semestrale (estivo) e annuale.

Il consumo abituale di corrente elettrica per tutte le imbarcazioni incluso nel prezzo dellaffitto per tutte le categorie di ormeggio.

Ormeggi con il contatore del consumo

Il marina ACI Dubrovnik, che su alcuni posti barca dispone del contatore di corrente elettrica, offre la possibilit del pagamento in abbonamento (tessera prepagata).

Consumo di acquaIl consumo abituale di acqua per tutte le imbarcazioni incluso nel prezzo dormeggio per tutte le categorie.

Il consumo dellacqua per il lavaggio delle imbarcazioni riscosso in base al listino prezzi per gli altri servizi, secondo la lunghezza dellunit da diporto.

Il rifornimento dacqua nei marina viene riscosso secondo il listino prezzi interno di ogni singolo ACI marina.

Tutti i marina ACI offrono la corrente elettrica e lacqua, in conformit alle loro possibilit tecniche. La limitazione nellerogazione dellacqua e della corrente elettrica non comporta modifiche di prezzo.

PrezziIl presente listino prezzi comprende le tariffe per tutte le categorie di ormeggio in mare e per il rimessaggio a terra. Le tariffe sono riportate nelle tabelle per ogni marina separatamente secondo i vari periodi dellanno. Tutti i prezzi qui indicati si riferiscono alla lunghezza dellimbarcazione fuori tutto (l. f. t.), con leccezione delle tariffe di ormeggio annuale, quello della durata di nove mesi, semestrale (invernale) e semestrale (estivo) in mare, dove determinato anche in base alla larghezza dellimbarcazione.

LACI si riserva il diritto di esaminare le dimensioni dellimbarcazione. Nel caso siano constatate delle differenze nelle dimensioni dellimbarcazione, lACI si riserva il diritto di applicare il prezzo in base alle dimensioni misurate (lunghezza fuori tutto l. f. t.).

Catamarani e trimaraniNel caso di multiscafi (catamarani e trimarani) le tariffe per tutte le categorie di ormeggio in mare e del posto barca a terra vengono maggiorate del 50%.

Fanno eccezione i marina ACI ut e Pikera, dove la maggiorazione applicata soltanto nel periodo dal 18 luglio al 22 agosto nonch il marina ACI Palmiana dove nei mesi di aprile e di ottobre le tariffe vengono maggiorate del 30%.

Barche per il nolo (charter)Per le imbarcazioni che sono usate per il noleggio, il prezzo dellormeggio annuale sar maggiorato del 20% nei marina ACI di Trogir, Split e Dubrovnik, mentre negli altri marina, escluso lACI marina Cres, sar applicata una maggiorazione del 15%.

Le societ di noleggio che hanno stipulato con lACI il contratto dormeggio annuale per 10 o pi unita da diporto possono presentare richiesta al Reparto nautica di ACI. S.p.A. per il pagamento rateale del corrispettivo dovuto.

Imbarcazioni ausiliarie tenderLe imbarcazioni ausiliarie, i cosiddetti tender, non pagano lormeggio quando si trovano sulla navemadre o accanto ad essa sia nel marina dappartenenza sia quando sono in transito. Qualora limbarcazione ausiliaria il tender occupi un posto a parte, necessario stipulare il contratto di affitto dellormeggio. Per i titolari del contratto annuale dormeggio in uno dei marina ACI, sar applicato il prezzo che ammonta a 50% delle tariffe annuali, mensili e giornaliere in mare o a terra.

Stipulando il contratto annuale per limbarcazione ausiliaria il proprietario non ottiene il diritto alla tessera ACI Card.

Lormeggio giornaliero per limbarcazione ausiliaria che occupa un ormeggio proprio e la cui imbarcazionemadre non in regime di ormeggio annuale ma solamente in transito, si paga secondo il listino prezzi.

La durata massima dellormeggio semigiornaliero di 4 ore e scade al pi tardi alle ore 14.00.

Il prezzo del servizio la meta della tariffa giornaliera riportata nel listino prezzi secondo la lunghezza dellimbarcazione.

Pacchetto ormeggio giornaliero:

k negli ACI marina ut e Pikera nel prezzo per i due giorni consecutivi duso dellormeggio giornaliero incluso il terzo giorno di soggiorno

Alle imbarcazioni che approdano nei marina ACI dalle 7 di mattina (ora di apertura degli uffici di ricezione) fino alle 24 dello stesso giorno la tariffa dellormeggio giornaliero in mare copre la permanenza dellimbarcazione nel marina fino alle ore 14.00 del giorno seguente. Per gli approdi notturni nel marina, avvenuti tra le 24 e le 7 di mattina, la tariffa dellormeggio giornaliero scade alle ore 14.00 dello stesso giorno. Dopo le ore 14.00 riscosso lormeggio per il giorno seguente.

Lormeggio giornaliero si pu prenotare con pagamento anticipato tramite il sistema prenotazioni on-line che si trova sul sito internet ufficiale dellACI (www.aci-marinas.com). Lindennizzo per la prenotazione ammonta al 30% del prezzo dormeggio giornaliero secondo la lunghezza dellimbarcazione e va pagato in soluzione unica al momento della prenotazione. La prenotazione valida soltanto per il giorno per il quale effettuato il pagamento e rimane valida fino alle ore 14.00 del giorno successivo.

Ormeggio della durata di nove mesiLACI marina Skradin offre la possibilit di stipulare il contratto dormeggio della durata di nove mesi. possibile stipulare il contratto dormeggio di questa durata durante tutto lanno, a patto che limbarcazione lasci il marina ACI Skradin nel periodo dal 15 giugno al 15 settembre. Nel caso limbarcazione rimanga allormeggio nel marina ACI

Skradin nel detto periodo, saranno applicate tariffe per lormeggio giornaliero o mensile in conformit al vigente listino prezzi. Le tariffe dellormeggio di nove mesi, per singole lunghezze dellimbarcazione, sono riportate nella tabella con il listino prezzi del marina ACI Skradin.

Il servizio si paga in anticipo. Il contratto per lormeggio in mare della durata di nove mesi valido soltanto per il marina ACI Skradin.

Il contratto dormeggio annuale in mare valido soltanto per il marina con il quale stato stipulato. Ogni eventuale cambiamento del marina durante il periodo contrattuale possibile soltanto dietro approvazione scritta della Direzione ACI S.p.A. e dietro pagamento della differenza di prezzo nel caso in cui limbarcazione viene trasferita in un marina con prezzi pi elevati. Nel caso in cui limbarcazione viene trasferita in un marina con prezzi pi bassi, la differenza di prezzo non viene restituita.


I proprietari dellimbarcazione che hanno stipulato il Contratto dormeggio annuale in mare per uno dei marina ACI hanno il diritto alla tessera di membro ACI Card e dietro presentazione della stessa possono usufruire dei vantaggi da questa previsti.

possibile prenotare il posto barca annuale tramite versamento di un acconto pari al 30% del prezzo dormeggio annuale secondo il vigente listino prezzi del marina in questione. Una volta ottenuta la conferma della prenotazione dellormeggio, lACI marina in oggetto invia lofferta di pagamento dellacconto. Nel caso di rinuncia al posto barca lACI si riserva il diritto di trattenere lacconto versato dal cliente.

Per le attivit della durata di un giorno viene riscosso il corrispettivo giornaliero in conformit al listino prezzi vigente, mentre per le attivit su base mensile o annuale necessario presentare richiesta allufficio di ricezione.

Facilitazioni per gli organizzatori di regate e flottilleAgli organizzatori di regate e flottille le cui competizioni sono inserite nel calendario della Federazione croata di vela concesso, secondo il numero dimbarcazioni, il seguente sconto sullormeggio giornaliero:

k fino a 15 imbarcazioni 10% di sconto

k pi di 15 imbarcazioni 20% di sconto

Non possibile usufruire dello sconto nel periodo dal 1. luglio al 31 agosto.

ACI Card - Un vantaggio riservato esclusivamente ai soci dellACIACI Card una tessera di socio riservata esclusivamente ai diportisti che hanno stipulato un Contratto dormeggio annuale in uno dei marina ACI, oppure un Contratto dormeggio della durata di nove mesi nel marina ACI Skradin. Le imprese di noleggio, cio le loro imbarcazioni in regime di ormeggio annuale hanno diritto allACI Card e a tutti i vantaggi da questa previsti.

Dietro presentazione della tessera il proprietario dellimbarcazione pu usufruire dei seguenti vantaggi:

k 20% di sconto sulle tariffe dellormeggio giornaliero in mare in tutti i marina ACI durante tutto il 2015

k 50% di sconto sulle tariffe del posto barca a terra giornaliero e mensile per tutti i titolari di un Contratto annuale dormeggio in mare nel marina dappartenenza o in un altro marina ACI, in conformit alle capacit disponibili, durante tutto lanno

k 3 giorni dormeggio gratuito in mare nel marina dappartenenza nel periodo di durata del Contratto annuale di affitto del posto barca a terra

k 3 giorni gratuiti a terra nel marina dappartenenza o in un altro marina ACI nel periodo di durata del Contratto annuale dormeggio in mare (il noleggio dellinvasatura e delle tacche/cavalletti gratuito)
