� acdc lighting is focused on international lighting designers and project specifiers, and has a strong network in the Middle East (40% of sales) and UK (33% of sales)

� Core products include architectural downlights (~30%), linear lighting (~38%) and flood lights (~17%)

� The company has a production facility in Barrowford (approx. 2,500 m2), currently has approx. 120 employees.

� In FY 2014, acdc posted revenues of approx. 17 million Euros, shipping to over 50 countries worldwide
