5.6 CONSTRUCCiÓN DEL PUENTE
INTRODUCCiÓN
Inmediatamente después
de
la construcción del tramo
9,
el último tramo de nariz, esta
el
tramo 10, el cual es
el
primer tramo del puente.
El
puente que tratamos aquí tiene una
longitud de 51.82 metros
el
cual consiste de 17 tramos numerados del 10
al
26, con una
configuración Doble Simple Reforzado Dos DSR2) Como ocurre con todos los puentes
reforzados del sistema de puentes ACROW 700XS, el primer y ultimo tramo están sin
reforzar pues el refuerzo empieza en
el
segundo tramo y termina en el tramo 25.
MONT JE DEL PRIMER TR MO DEL PUENTE
Continuando la construcción
y
después
de la
nariz,
la
ultima viga
de
piso colocada en
la
parte trasera del tramo 9,
será
la primera viga
de
piso del puente propiamente dicho. Se
coloca, con los cortes en el borde superior de espaldas a
la
brecha, en los extremos de
la
parte trasera del tramo 9 y temporalmente atornillado
al
tramo 9 como se describió
anteriormente.
Los paneles del primer tramo del puente tramo 10) son paneles cortantes AB702 Todos
los cuatro paneles se aseguran con pasadores a la parte trasera del tramo 9, y la viga de
piso que
ha
sido temporalmente atornillada al tramo 9, se libera y se gira luego se atornilla
al
tramo 10 utilizando
pernos
de viga de piso panel 702 AB547AS.
El
tornapunta AB703
y
la placa
de
unión
de tornapunta AB513
se conectan en este momento mediante
un
perno de puntal AB548 con el puntal compartiendo el tornillo exterior de la viga de piso.
La
parte superior del punta l el extremo de la placa de unión del tornapunta. se atornillan a
los paneles cortantes utilizando pernos de arriostramiento AB536A con los dos
componentes compartiendo
el
perno en
el
panel interno
NOTA: Los pernos de viga de piso
AB547A
o AB547AS) siempre tienen que pasar por
el
panel vertical primero luego la viga de piso, para que la tuerca arandela queden entre
las verticales del panel con la arandela en el lado de la cabeza, estos se deben ajustar antes
de instalar el siguiente tramo de paneles,
al
igual que los pernos AB549A o AB548A)

La
siguiente viga de piso, se coloca ahora en los extremos de la parte trasera y atornillada
a los paneles mediante pernos de viga de piso y panel 702 AB547 AS, Junto con
la
placa
de unión del tornapunta AB513 y el puntal AB703. Esta viga de piso se coloca con los
cortes orientados hacia la
brecha
así como todas las vigas
de
piso
que
faltan en el puente
Las diagonales horizontales AB591 se instalan en
el
tramo de 10 como se desCribe
anteriormente

Además de la diagonales horizontales, los tramos que comprenden
el
puente también

5.6 CONSTRUCCiÓN DEL PUENTE
INTRODUCCiÓN
Inmediatamente después
de
la construcción del tramo
9,
el último tramo de nariz, esta
el
tramo 10, el cual es
el
primer tramo del puente.
El
puente que tratamos aquí tiene una
longitud de 51.82 metros
el
cual consiste de 17 tramos numerados del 10
al
26, con una
configuración Doble Simple Reforzado Dos DSR2) Como ocurre con todos los puentes
reforzados del sistema de puentes ACROW 700XS, el primer y ultimo tramo están sin
reforzar pues el refuerzo empieza en
el
segundo tramo y termina en el tramo 25.
MONT JE DEL PRIMER TR MO DEL PUENTE
Continuando la construcción
y
después
de la
nariz,
la
ultima viga
de
piso colocada en
la
parte trasera del tramo 9,
será
la primera viga
de
piso del puente propiamente dicho. Se
coloca, con los cortes en el borde superior de espaldas a
la
brecha, en los extremos de
la
parte trasera del tramo 9 y temporalmente atornillado
al
tramo 9 como se describió
anteriormente.
Los paneles del primer tramo del puente tramo 10) son paneles cortantes AB702 Todos
los cuatro paneles se aseguran con pasadores a la parte trasera del tramo 9, y la viga de
piso que
ha
sido temporalmente atornillada al tramo 9, se libera y se gira luego se atornilla
al
tramo 10 utilizando
pernos
de viga de piso panel 702 AB547AS.
El
tornapunta AB703
y
la placa
de
unión
de tornapunta AB513
se conectan en este momento mediante
un
perno de puntal AB548 con el puntal compartiendo el tornillo exterior de la viga de piso.
La
parte superior del punta l el extremo de la placa de unión del tornapunta. se atornillan a
los paneles cortantes utilizando pernos de arriostramiento AB536A con los dos
componentes compartiendo
el
perno en
el
panel interno
NOTA: Los pernos de viga de piso
AB547A
o AB547AS) siempre tienen que pasar por
el
panel vertical primero luego la viga de piso, para que la tuerca arandela queden entre
las verticales del panel con la arandela en el lado de la cabeza, estos se deben ajustar antes
de instalar el siguiente tramo de paneles,
al
igual que los pernos AB549A o AB548A)
Ver Figura 55)
La
siguiente viga de piso, se coloca ahora en los extremos de la parte trasera y atornillada
a los paneles mediante pernos de viga de piso y panel 702 AB547 AS, Junto con
la
placa
de unión del tornapunta AB513 y el puntal AB703. Esta viga de piso se coloca con los
cortes orientados hacia la
brecha
así como todas las vigas
de
piso
que
faltan en el puente
Las diagonales horizontales AB591 se instalan en
el
tramo de 10 como se desCribe
anteriormente
