Alfredo Serena, CEO of MTS, what does your company do?Since 2008, the company has been producing tomato harvesting machines. Over the last few years, MTS has successfully moved into other harvesting sectors, such as onions and pep-pers. What is your top product?In recent years, MTS has launched more than six models of harvesting machines, but the product that’s giving us the greatest satisfac-tion at the moment on the global market is the THR850 harvesting machine. Technologically, it’s the most advanced, and as well as having the world’s highest harvesting

capacity, it’s also uniquely comfortable, thanks to the newly conceived central cabin, designed to keep out sound and vibrations. The latest-generation engine has allowed us to limit wa-ste and C02 emissions into the atmosphere. When and why did MTS start collaborating with ISB?A number of factors come into play when cho-osing a supplier. The first and most important for us is the qua-lity of the end product. With ISB, we were in no doubt about that from the moment their bearings were installed on our machines. Another very important factor is the rela-tionship established between the two com-

panies: it might seem obvious, but with the ISB team we got on from day one, and this is what’s allowed us to work together so well over the last year. What are the advantages of this collaboration with ISB?One very important advantage is the quick service, and punctual deliveries. Thanks to its large warehouse, ISB is able to help us with large orders, even at short notice.What projects do you have for the future? For the future, MTS aspires to keep growing and gain a foothold in new developing Countri-es, where harvesting of some crops, such as tomatoes, is not yet carried out with machines.

Quando e perché è cominciata la collaborazione tra il brand ISB e MTS?Al momento della selezione di un fornitore entrano in gioco diversi fattori. Il primo e più importante per noi è la qualità finale del prodotto. Con ISB non abbiamo avuto alcun dubbio fin dal primo montaggio sulle nostre raccoglitrici dei loro cuscinetti.

Un altro fattore molto importante è la relazione che si instaura tra le due aziende; sembra una banalità ma tra noi ed il Team ISB c’è stata da subito una buona complicità che ci ha permesso di collaborare nell’ultimo anno. Quali sono i plus di questa collaborazione con ISB?Sicuramente un plus non indifferente è la puntualità nella consegna e la velocità nell’assistenza. Grazie al grande magazzino, ISB è in grado di aiutarci con grandi ordini anche con un breve preavviso.Quali sono i vostri progetti per il futuro? MTS per il futuro vorrebbe crescere in modo costante ed affermarsi in nuovi Paesi in via di sviluppo dove ad oggi ancora non è presente la meccanizzazione di alcune colture quali il pomodoro.

The event THE ISB DEALER DAYS 2019Distributors’ meeting from all over the world

Dal 18 al 20 Settembre 2019 presso la sede centrale si è svolto il Meeting dedicato ai distributori ISB provenienti da tutto il mondo.L’evento è stato un momento molto im-portante di condivisione degli investimenti attuali e futuri, di presentazione degli stabi-limenti produttivi e del nuovo Sistema Lo-gistico Integrato: il più grande magazzino di cuscinetti presente in Italia e il terzo in Eu-ropa con una capacità totale di oltre 56.000 pallets a stock.Questa è stata anche l’occasione per pre-sentare i vantaggi rappresentati dalla colla-borazione con ISB: la gamma prodotti più

ampia e più affidabile presente sul mercato; un servizio logistico privilegiato e sempre più tempestivo; formazione continua da par-te del personale tecnico ISB. Nel corso della giornata non sono mancati gli interventi da parte di alcuni distributori, provenienti da Messico e Australia, in merito alla collabora-zione con il “marchio verde”.La risposta partecipativa, oltre 100 persone hanno affollato la sede centrale di Rubiera, testimonia il successo di ISB, fondato sugli investimenti continui sia in Italia che all’e-stero, svolgendo sempre più un ruolo attivo nel mercato di cuscinetti e componenti per l’automazione industriale.

From 18 to 20 September 2019, the com-pany headquarters hosted the Meeting dedi-cated to ISB dealers from all over the world.The event offered an important opportuni-ty to share news on current and future in-vestments, and to present the production faci-lities and the new Integrated Logistic System: the largest warehouse of bearings in Italy and the third-largest in Europe, with a total stock capacity of over 56,000 pallets.Also presented were the advantages of col-laborating with ISB: the largest and most reliable range of products present on the market; a top-quality, increasingly efficient logistics service, and on-going training from

ISB technical staff. The event also included contributions from a number of dealers from Mexico and Australia, regarding the collabora-tion with the “green brand”. More than 100 people were present in the headquarters in

Rubiera testifying the success of the company, based on on-going investments both in Italy and abroad, and the increasingly active role played in the market of bearings and compo-nents for industrial automation.

Da tre stagioni ISB sponsorizza tra gli altri il Team Kawasaki Puccetti Racing nel Campionato del Mondo Superbike (WSBK). In questo numero intervistiamo Toprak Razgatlioglu il giovane pilota turco che nell’attuale stagione sta collezionando numerosi podi.Un’analisi di questi anni pas-sati con il Team Puccetti.Il team di Ma-nuel Puccetti è stato un grande

aiuto nella mia carriera: negli ultimi cin-que anni e mezzo mi ha notato nella Ro-okies Cup moto3 e mi ha messo in sel-la ad una Kawasaki Ninja 600, dandomi l’opportunità di competere per la prima volta nell’ Europeo categoria STK 600. All’interno del Team Puccetti mi sono sentito sin da subito in famiglia, condivi-

dendo gioie e dolori, vittorie ed infortuni. Con loro ho raccolto tanti r i s u l t a -

ti e sono cresciuto professionalmente ottenendo il titolo Europeo STK 600 2015 vincendo quasi tutte le gare. Nella stagione 2016-17 ho concluso 4° e 2° nell’Europeo STK 1000, poi il grande sal-to in questi ultimi due anni in Superbike (WSBK), dove sono riuscito a diventa-re uno dei piloti protagonisti. A 22 anni mi posso ritenere soddisfatto ma il mio percorso credo che sia ancora molto lungo!

In this issue, we’ve interviewed Toprak Razgatlioglu, the young Turkish pilot that has stepped up to the po-dium numerous times this season.Tell us about the years you’ve spent with Team Puccetti.Manuel Puccetti’s team has helped me a lot in my career : in the last five years they picked me up from the Red Bull Rookies Cup moto3 to a Kawasaki Ninja 600, offe-ring me the chance to compete for the first

time in the European Championship, STK 600 category. I felt immediately at home in Team Puccetti, sharing the joy and the pain, the victories

and the injuries. I’ve achieved a lot of results with them, and I’ve grown as a professio-nal rider, obtaining the 2015 European STK 600 Championship, where I won almost all the races. In the 2016-17 season, I achieved 4th and 2nd in the European STK 1000, and then came the major leap forward in the last two years into the World Superbike Championships (WSBK), where I’ve mana-ged to become one of the top pilots. At the age of 22, I can say I’m satisfied, but I think I’ve still got a long way to go!How would you rate the first part of the 2019 season?

L’obbiettivo rimane comunque quello di vincere almeno una gara del mondiale WSBK 2019 [NdR: obiettivo raggiunto nel round di Magny Cours con 2 vittorie su 3 gare].Da 3 stagioni ISB è sponsor del Team Puccetti e da 3 stagioni ISB è anche al tuo fianco supportando gli sviluppi della tua carriera. Come valuti questa

sinergia (molti dei nostri clienti sono diventati anche tuoi supporter)?Conosco personalmente il nostro Team Partner ISB e con piacere apprezzo la passione e la professionalità dedicata nello sviluppare nuovi prodotti sempre più performanti e competitivi, che è par-te del DNA di chi vuole vincere. Ho sempre più supporter ed il mio Team ospita sempre molti sponsor e clienti ISB in pista ad ogni round WSBK, io con pia-cere condivido selfie ed autografi, è un piacere essere parte di questa famiglia.

2019 got off to a slow start in the WSBK. I expected to do better, but after four races I was able to show what I’m capable of, and from Imola onwards the season took off for me, with at least one spot on the podium each racing weekend, adding up to a total of eight top-three placings in the last six rounds. That’s pretty good considering we have been a Kawasaki satellite team; in each race we’re able to finish ahead of 8-10 of-ficial bikes, including Yamaha, Honda and BMW. The objective remains, however, to win at least one race of the WSBK 2019 championship [Ed: goal achieved in Magny Cours round with 2 wins over 3 races].For three seasons now, ISB has sponsored Team Puccetti, and during this period, ISB

has been supporting the development of your career. How important do you think this synergy is? Many of our customers have started supporting you.I know our Team Partner ISB personally, and it’s a pleasure for me to see the pas-sion and professional expertise they devote to developing new products that are incre-asingly competitive and high-performance. What does the company do?Tecnología Mecánica Egara S.L. began its activity in 1990 as a service company dedi-cated to the design and construction of ma-chinery, process automation, machining and industrial maintenance. Our Engineering department is trained to de-velop customized machinery projects accor-ding to the requirements of each client and also has extensive experience in feasibility analysis for process automation. The machining workshop also allows us to make the manufacture of the unique pieces or in medium series, the manufacture of to-ols and offer a wide range of finishes such

as chrome polished, paving and other heat treatments. And finally, the Industrial Supply Service that allows us to give the complete service to the client.What is your flagship product?Well, I would say that it is the machine de-signed and manufactured entirely by us that is used for the placement of shutters or drip-pers of containers intended for the cosme-tic industry. A very complete machine and of which we feel especially satisfied.When and why did the collaboration begin between the ISB brand and TECNOLOGIA MECANICA EGARA? Our commercial relationship began over

2015 when we were immersed in the search and selection of a supplier that was willing to offer us components and bearings that met the requirements of our calculations, with our quality standards and also at competitive pri-ces. On the one hand, it has allowed us to adjust the prices of our equipment and be more competitive in our market. A livello aziendale, stiamo iniziando a lavo-rare per collocare le nostre macchine con il nostro marchio Voltom Engineering. E, riguardo a ISB, ci siamo proposti di in-tensificare i nostri rapporti commerciali cre-ando, nonostante la vicinanza di entrambe le strutture, uno stock di cuscinetti e alcuni componenti ad alta rotazione per noi che ci consenta di offrire ai nostri clienti un servi-zio sempre più rapido.
