Description
The unit is self-supportive due to the use of an air-cooled diesel engine. The engine drives the hydraulic pump and is equipped with a spark arrestor. All hydraulic functions are remotely controlled for increased safety of the operator.
The extractor is fitted with a hydraulic winch, which can pull/install the bundle in one stroke. The hydraulic winch is equipped with a vertical moving prism sheet which eases the operation considerably.
Because of the slim construction of the superstructure, accessibility to the exchanger and its surrounding obstacles is increased and further-more there is no need to disassemble the superstructure while lifting the bundle out of the extractor.

The tube bundle is placed on two optional heavy duty rollers, which can be controlled from the cabin of the operator. The bundles are be-ing cleaned by means of a horizontally driven nozzle bar, which can also move vertically and towards the bundle to get the best cleaning results. The right combination of water pressure (up to an optional 1500 bar) and flow, removes scaling, coke, polymers, etc. without the use of any additional cleaning materials.
The outside bundle cleaner XL has a horizontal stroke of 11 metres and the maximum height is 2.70 metres. The speed is adjustable from the cabin from 0-1 m/sec in order to get the best cleaning results.

The new way of cleaning bundles with flex lances, with the capacity of a rigid lancing machine. Suitable for insitu bundles, air fin coolers, condensers, furnaces and normal heat exchangers, operation is done by remote control and the flex-lances can be removed in the tubes with an oscillating movement for the removal of extremely hard prod-ucts. Excellent cleaning results by means of front and back cleaning with consistent speed and a max of flex lances at the same time.

The Self Rotary tools change everything you know about cleaning pipes with multiple bends. These tools offer tre-mendous pulling power and are designed to have the hardest hitting jets for increased performance. Until now your only choices were an expensive rotary-hose device or a non-rotating head.
2” - 12” Pipe with Elbows Rotary Tube Cleaners
Rotary Tube Cleaner available in 5 sizes, and handle pres-sures from 10k-40k psi. We offer 3 different head options, including an unplugger style head, which is designed for plugged tubes. A second option is the polisher style head, designed to tackle thin hard scale, and a third option is the universal head design, for all applications.
Rotary tube cleaner represents latest engineering achievement for cleaning small tubes. These tools provide the highest quality jets with no replacement parts. Cus-tomer feedback on these new tools has been outstanding worldwide.
