Activities Baisakhi Celebration (14 April 2019) Our school celebrated Baisakhi with joy and enthusiasm. Baisakhi marks the Sikh New Year and commemorates the formation of Khalsapanth of warriors under Guru Gobind Singh in 1699. It is also a spring harvest festival for the Sikhs. The students presented colourful Punjabi Dances on this occasion. The Principal addressed the students emphasizing the importance of Baisakhi festival. Voters Awareness Rally Our school organized voters awareness rally on 15 th April 2019. About 200 students participated in this rally. The students conveyed the message of the importance of vote in democracy by slogans, banners & posters. The Principal, R. S. Chauhan expressed his views on the importance of vote in democracy and flagged off the rally. The rally passed through the Hindalco residential premises and main market. The rally was a grand success as it caught the attention of public and received huge appreciation from one and all.

Independence Day
Our school celebrated the 73rdIndependence Day on 15th August 2019 to pay tribute and remember our freedom fighters who fought for the freedom of our country. The Principal unfurled the National Flag. The students presented patriotic songs and colourful programmes. At last sweets were distributed among the students and teachers.
Teachers’ Day
The students and teachers celebrated the Teachers Day on 5th September 2019 with great enthusiasm. The principal and the teachers paid floral tribute to Dr.SarvepalliRadhakrishnan. The students presented beautiful cultural programme on this occasion. The principal highlighted the importance of teachers in building the society and the nation.
Gandhi Jayanti
The school celebrated 2nd October 2019 to mark the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and LalBahadurShastri. The Principal and teachers paid floral homage to Mahatma Gandhi and LalBahadurShastri. The students presented the famous bhajan‘PeerParai Jane Re ’ and a small skit based on the life of Mahatma Gandhi. The Principal urged the teachers and students to follow the ideals of Bapu and Shastri in life.
Alumni Meet 2019
Aditya Birla Intermediate College Renukoot organised the Fourth Alumni Meet on 14th November 2019. Around seventy alumni from different batches of ABIC graced the occasion to relive old memories. The principal, R.S.Chauhan and Dr.PoonamVarshney, the event coordinator welcomed the alumni. The meet started traditionally with the lighting of lamp by the principal and the senior alumni followed by the recital of welcome song. Speaking on the occasion, the principal praised the achievements of the alumni. He said that it is a matter of great pride for ABIC Renukoot that its alumni are holding high positions of responsibility in India and abroad. The principal also read out Dr. S. Ganguli’s message for the Aditiyans. The students of ABIC presented a colourful cultural programme to entertain the ex-students. It was a time for old relationship to be cherished, celebrated and refreshed. The alumni shared their nostalgic memories of school days with sweet emotion and expressed their gratitude towards the school for shaping their future and paving their way to be responsible citizens. The meet ended with vote of thanks followed by dinner.
Inter-school Debate Competition
The Eco Club of our school organised an Inter-school Debate Competition on 15-11-2019.
Five schools of Renukoot participated in this event. ABIC Renukoot won the shield.
Inter House Group and Solo Dance Competition
An Inter House Group and Solo Dance Competition was organized on 07.12.2019. About twenty four girls from Senior and Junior groups participated in this competition.
Quiz Competition
The school Eco Club organized a Quiz Competition on 29.01.2020. The students of all the four houses participated in this competition with zeal and zest.
Annual Cultural Function (Saarang 2019)
Aditya Birla Intermediate College Renukoot organized the Annual Cultural Function, Saarang2019 on 18th November 2019. The students presented “Ganesh Vandana”, “Fusion Dance”, Bollywood Kathak, Puppet Dance and Sufi Dance, Qawwali and Hindi Play. The principal, R. S. Chauhan presented the annual report.
Farewell
The students of class XI organized a farewell party for the students of class XII on 05-02-2020. The teachers and students wished all the best to class XII students for the annual examination. The students also presented colourful programmes on this day.
