The majority of the first day is focused on presenting a leading-edge issue* or skill development. Group Composition

Target AudienceGroup composition is primarily executives and their direct reports who are accountable for measuring and driving cost and performance management within organization.

Requirements for MembershipEligible companies have at least three years experience in implementing activity-based management or other advanced cost management approaches such as target costing. This forum was created as a peer-to-peer network so experienced practitioners could learn from each other.

Group LimitationsGroup discussions are designed to be open and candid. As such, existing members must approve any new companies that join the group.As networking is a primary goal of the group, there are limits on the number of companies that can effectively participate. Membership limitations begin when the group reaches 20 companies.

Investment in an ABM AIG Membership

Annual membership dues are $6,000 (January – December).

Allows two individuals from member organizations to attend the four quarterly ABM AIG meetings. Additional persons may attend for a nominal fee to cover additional costs.Dues cover speaker costs, meeting coordination and catering costs which typically includes two continental breakfasts, two lunches, group networking dinner and all refreshments at breaks. Pre-reading, books and other deliverables are also included.

As this is a networking group, attendance continuity is desired.
