TOPFLOOR AD-300R

Friendly to the Earth --- Green Building Materials Topfloor AD-300 series is the pioneer and leader as “Green Building Materials” in the raised access floor

industry. The system is an achievement and fulfillment of Environment Friendly concept to apply at “Cable Management Floorings”.

All main components of AD-300R series are made of recycled polymer and all components of the system are 100 percent recyclable. Being a Green Building Materials, AD-300R does not compromise on product quality and durability. When assembled, the system meets industrial standards in loading and fire retard

requirements for using at the general office and school environments.

Friendly to t he USER

AD-300R is light weight, low-profile 50 mm high, fully accessible and infinitely flexible. Cables are distributing evenly through the fully accessible cable trenches, to efficiently reach points of the floors. In the events of re-routing, caps in affected areas simply lift off, cables can be unloaded

and reloaded. Future expansion is easily implemented by extending the panels and grid-form cable trenches. Installation, re-location and expansion of the system are easy and can be done by professional as well as amateur, by use of regular tools only.

The System

Low-Profile: 50 mm high, conserve ceiling height

Interlocking configuration: Base Connector to connect UniPanel (main panel) at corner foot, grid-pattern cable trench formed

automatically. Fully accessible cable trench system: Trench Caps

are fully accessible. Lift and replace of trench caps is easy, just by hand or simple tool. Cable Trench width: 70 mm Cable Trench clearance: 38 mm

Well organized cable routing Cables are evenly distributed within the Reticulate Cable Trenches, well organized and efficient

for future expansion and maintenance.

Flexibility: All main components are inter-changeable. Basic change, re-location, expansion can be

easily completed by the office people, without calling for help of floor contractor.

Cable Extension

Easy cable routing, flexible extension is AD-300R’s fundamental function. Cables are routing in Cable Trenches and extending through Exit-Cap or Outlet Service Box. Extension from Cable Trenches

Extension and connection at the Outlet Service Box

Service Box SB 403 to install at the cable trench by cutting off one Sub-Panel at central boarder. Flank Cap can be cut to fix the residuals by regular

carpenter saw. SB403 accommodate 2 X 110 volts power socket

and 3 X CAT 5 or CAT 6 data jacks.

Surface Materials

AD-300R shall be covered by commercial rated flooring. Carpet tile is the most commonly used to cover raised floor in office. AD-300R is suitable to cover with either carpet tile or

vinyl tile. Module set of AD-300R is 50 cm X 50 cm. Therefore, the 50 X 50 cm size carpet tile or vinyl tile may be installed by systematically positioning center of the tile above Central

Cap of AD-300R.

Carpet tile on top of AD-300R All types of commercial rate carpet tile are suitable to install on AD-300R.

Vinyl floor tile installed above AD-300R

AD-300R is the only low-profile access floor which is suitable for installing thinner vinyl floor tile as top finish.

Commercial rate vinyl floor tile minimum 2 mm thick is recommended.

If the vinyl floor tile is more than 4 mm thickness, follow the floor manufacturer’s installation instruction to decide loose-lay installation or installed with releasable adhesives same as carpet

tile. When the vinyl tile is between 2 mm to 3.5 mm, installed with release adhesives is necessary. To be convenient for future maintenance, the vinyl tile may be brushed with releasable adhesives at 5 spots, i.e. central and 4 corners at the back of the tile.

50 X 50 cm or 60 X 60 cm PVC tile of Vinyl plank is a natural looking, unique patterns like marble, terrazzo, carpet, and etc. selection to install on AD-300R, which other

raised floors are not applicable.

Main Components

All main components of AD-300R are made of recycled polymer and 100 percent

recyclable. The system is first and only Green Building Materials in the raised access floor industry for the time being. UniPanel: Composed of 9 sub-panels, total 36 built-in pedestals. The structure makes UniPanel able to absorb floor deviation. UniPanel can be cut by knife at the joint lines between sub-panel. At perimeter, cut by carpenter saw to fit the wall. Sound Attenuation Blanket One meter width, 2 mm thick PU foam. Installed before installing of the access floors. Sound Attenuation Blanket is using for absorbing Floor deviation and impact noise. Sound Attenuation Blanket may be skipped when

sub-floor was installed with old resilient vinyl tile, sheet vinyl, or old loop-pile carpet or carpet tile.

Free Standing (Skirting)

Letter F-shape Aluminum Skirting installed as free standing or at ramp area.

Screw the aluminum skirting to UniPanel at 2 ends and center. Carpet tile shall be installed by inserting into grove of the skirting.

Ramp is made of galvanized steel, 10 cm width, 75 cm length. Aluminum Skirting shall be installed at 2 sides of ramp, Ramp Rail is optional.
